I needed a couple of yards of gravel and went in to speak with the polite and personable receptionist, Lisa, as I wasn't sure which type to get. I asked her if my wife and I could go look at the bins in the yard. She said of course and she could get Riley (hope it's not spelled Ryley) ;) to help us in the yard. We had some questions and he actually went inside to speak with some other staffers to find the answers. Also very personable! Well done, Howells!
