Moores Clothing for Men

My fiancée and i came in today to look for her wedding outfit. And the guy sitting at the tuxedo area only said hey and kept on doing whatever he was doing on the computer. We just stood waiting for someone to come assist us.We did not get any sort of customer service like oh how can I help you and all that…. My fiancée looking so stressed out didn’t know what to do so we left.With the hopes of getting good customer service at the second location.

I came to Moores last week and was in a hurry, I didn’t have much time and I needed something for my brothers graduation that day. Dardan helped me find everything from shirt, pants and jacket. I was happy with his suggestions and really loved the outfit. I was in and out of the store in maybe 10-15 minutes and I left satisfied with my experience.

I haven't owned a suit that fit since my wedding (18yrs ago) and I am not a suit wearing kind of guy. I was not looking forward to shopping for one but last night my wife and I dropped into Moores halifax and started the process. The young man (wish I remembered his name) that helped us walked Me through the most pleasant shopping/salesperson experience I have ever had. If he reads this he will most likely likely remember me (hated the pointy shoes lol). Thanks you for making the experience worth it

We first visited Moores in November 2022, and had a great experience. We were told to come back in February of 2023 because there would be a 25% off deal happening on custom suits. March comes around, there was no deal, and the suits went up in price. My fiancé ended up paying the new price, even though we would have been happy to pay in November, knowing that prices were going to increase anyway.I ended up going in to look at rental suits, as we had some push back on the price for the remaining groomsmen. It was almost a $300 difference from what we initially thought and told the guys. The rental suits were no where near the custom suits that were ordered by half the groomsmen. I was upset and communicated my situation to the sales associate working. He was very prompt at trying to help find a solution for my concerns. We ended up getting the suits for the 2022 price, as we had initially came back in November. A little bit of a ride with my experience here, but communication and being calm goes a long way when dealing with an issue!A suggestion I would have is to make sure when you are ordering custom suits you are aware price can vary according to fabric. We were not told, and had I know prior, I might have selected a different material. It is all inputted into the system once you are ready to pay and that is when you know the total price.

Sukar was extremely helpful today. Helped me find perfect size. He was very professional and made sure every customer felt welcomed at the store. Please give this guy a raise.

Not the best customer experience. Tried calling to find the location. No answer. Got there and did not find service friendly. Felt judged as in my casual sweat pants and hoodie. Want new dress shirt and dress pants for daughter graduation.

I was in need of clothes for a new job and I had some rather specific requirements and loads of questions. Lisa and Dardan did a fantastic job answering my questions and finding me great outfits. The only regret I have is not coming here as my first stop!I would absolutely recommend anyone make this their first stop for business attire.Derek

Super helpful staff. Walked in and asked to be fitted for a whole navy suit. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with a perfect suit.

Had a great experience today, getting fitted for a suit, and the gentleman helping us was very polite and knew what he was doing. It took less than an hour for me and my son fitted.
