My wife and I were on our way from Manitoba to Alberta in our one week old RX 500H F Sport 3, when we came over a hill and ran into a basketball sized rock that had dropped off a truck. We got safely to the shoulder and called Lexus emergency assistance. They sent a tow truck, which would only take 1 passenger. Derek Fehr, from Enns Lexus came to our rescue by driving out to personally pick us up and escort us back to their dealership. The rock destroyed our front tire, but left the rest of our awesome car intact. The problem was that with the 500 H being such a new model there were no tires available. After doing some research, and realizing we would be greatly delayed and inconvenienced, Derek told us they would take a precious tire off a new, for sale RX 500, and install it on our car. We were so thrilled and impressed with Lexus Enns empathy and effort. Three hours from the time of the collision we were presented with our new again car. We will never forget Derek’s going above and beyond for us, even though we are from 600 Kilometers away. Wow! We have been telling everyone about Derek and Enns Lexus. It feels so good to know that there are such good and caring people in this world. Thanks again.
