Really delivery time and no response if you call to know the status of the job.Quotes are really high and promised dates will be much closer than actual dates. Once you issue a PO they will forget about you and will lie about the status of job.

A small family based business with a very low pay scale. Not much chance to move up for Engineering professionals since there is no higher positions. People from one community are given preference over others and company only hold those people for long time. Other Employees dont stay longer here. Once there is bit of slow down lay-off starts.
