Facility is well secured with cameras and a gate! Affordable prices for the amenities they offer! GREAT and friendly staff with LOTS of merchandise to choose from! Their office is undergoing renovations right now, but if you ask the front desk ladies, they will be more than willing to show you the full display of merchandise available for sale!Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to store their items.

The girls at this location have made our experience the most amazing, relaxed, and positive of any other facility we have ever used! I only wish that there was more we could do to show our appreciation than fill this out or say thank you! They deserve raises and trophies or something!

Website lists units as available when they are already booked.Edit: there is nothing to discuss, I’ve described the problem perfectly. Your website lists units as available, but when you call they may not actually be available. Your employee explained how this is a known issue with the website taking days to update. You have broken software, which leads to a bad user experience.

Worst service ever my unit was destroyed by tons of mice couldn’t salvage anything and they won’t replace any of our personal items and some can’t be replaced and management seemed not even to care about the loss of our items don’t recommend this terrible place worst ever pictures to prove everything we lost and still nothing seems to be happening
