George was great - we purchased a townhome with no conditions, due to the crazy market. I still wanted a inspection after purchase just to make sure I didn’t miss anything, even though it was a 2019 build. George was able to find a few things I didn’t (not my first home by far, I thought I knew what I am looking at!)I have a few things to correct before winter but my gf is now relaxed about the purchase - happy wife happy life!The online softwares he uses is nicely laid out too

I used multiple home inspectors, and George is the best. He is patient and provides excellent professional inspection service. His inspection fee is very competitive compared to the other inspectors. Strongly recommend him to other home buyers!
