I had a very good experience. Peter responded quickly and provided detailed explanation of the process and cost. The work was done within 1 hour (as quoted), and I appreciated Peter's experience and efficiency.

I called Pete when my dryer was making horrific noises and he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and guide me in ordering a replacement part. When the part arrived, he came by the next day and fixed it. My washer/dryer are in a very tight space but he was able to find the problem and quickly fix it. He was also very helpful in showing me where the dryer broke and he offered some tips on how to keep it running smoothly. I will definitely call Pete again if I need an appliance fixed. Also, his rate was very reasonable!

I have an older model Whirlpool washer. It was acting up with audible and visual alarms. The owner's manual was no help. I needed a service repair specialist and found Pete's repair online with good reviews. I explained my problem and gave detail of the washer make/age (12 yrs old). I was told they would send someone over the next day.Tim arrived on time with a bright smile on his face. He got to work right away after explaining the expected cost of the visit and workmanship warranty. Tim was very good at describing the value of my older machine as he quickly identified the problem. A blocked drain. He was very good about factually showing me the problem without judgement (coins, hairpins and various items from pockets were found). Tim worked quickly and efficiently. Out of all the repair companies I called, Pete was the only one I trusted on the phone. He was honest. Helped me locate a part for the machine. And he came and installed the seal. It was a refreshing experience! He was hard working. Highly efficient. And so lovely to talk with. Just a good guy all around. Awesome experience!
