EQ3 Vancouver

I have just made a purchase of 2 sofas for my apartment I have chosen to buy the sofas at EQ3 due to their excellent staff and their products are made in Canada. I had 2 sales representives assist me in my purchases. They were both extremely knowledgeable in deliveries, construction and fabric selection. The did not use high pressure sales tactics - they explained the product, answered all of my questions and gave me time to ponder my purchases before signing. Now just waiting for the sofas to arrive!

I visited EQ3 the other day to try out some sofas. I was helped by Jay who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went back, this time with my partner, and Jay helped us again, walking us through some great leather options (as we want a leather sofa).We ended up buying something elsewhere, not because we didn't like the EQ3 products or didn't receive great help, but just because the style of the piece we found worked better for our needs. Jay's assistance helped in our search.Thanks Jay!

Michael assisted us with our furniture selection. He and all the staff were very helpful and dedicated lots of time to help us go through various options. Products are great as is customer service!

We were really impressed by the design and quality of what we saw in the showroom. We have purchased our living room seating set here and are waiting delivery. Their service was great and great selection of leather and fabrics.

Mary helped us pick out our sofa and bed. She was very professional throughout the process. The rest of the staff were awesome too. I’ve bought furnitures from them for 10 years and never had a bad experience

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Jay Singh at the Granville store. He was so helpful, he spent a few hours with us and really tapped into what our needs are. We highly recommend working with Jay.

Nice large furniture store on Granville that sells well designed modern furniture for every room in your home to suit any taste really. Staff are very amiable. They have a big selection of cool lighting as well. Office. Accessories. Rugs. Lighting.

Modern and clean designs, featuring minimalist concepts.Good layouts and I always found their displays attractive and function.Good use of space within the store. It was easy to imagine furniture placement.Located in an area with tons of other home decor and bespoke stores such as RH Vancouver, pottery barn, antique stores, bed, bath and beyond, and tons of other furniture stores.There is an area where they sell Marimekko! A pop up?Covid sign in at the door, hand sanitizer, must wear masks, pet friendly.

Long time customer here. Sadly, very disappointed with my dawn counter stools. The plastic foot glide has come off twice in two years and the latest time the remaining screw damaged my floors permanently. Warranty is only for a year and the cost to replace the foot glide is $30 which is 10% of the chair at the moment. This is a defective product and combined with the damage to my floors, reluctant customer service to offer a complimentary foot glide or other solution, i will never shop at EQ3 again.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! I regret not listening to the advice of all the online reviews of EQ3. We always enjoy browsing the EQ3 shop on Granville because of the nice aesthetics and presentation. We bought this coffee table last September (reg price $699), and it was wobbly from day 1 after it was assembled. We tried tightening the screws but it'll only stay a bit less wobbly for one day, and then return to the same wobbliness. We didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and searching for another coffee table so decided to live with the wobbliness.6 months later, the table collapsed ON ITS OWN. The photo shows the crooked leg (it's supposed to stand straight on the floor). Customer service wanted us to film a video of it so I did, and while I was showing how wobbly it was, another leg BROKE spontaneously and I burst out laughing in my video.Now the customer service claims we put extra force/weight" on it that caused it to break so they won't do a refund. Honest to God
