My young daughter's boyfriend purchased a necklace from this location, which 1 week after the first month had the main gem fall out. He and my daughter went back for a resolution and they were told 'sorry, no exchange as it's over a month and dont bother getting a repair, it will be cheaper to buy a new one'.. horrible customer service and I have a very upset daughter.. don't bother going here unless you plan to buy all the warranties (no guarantees there either)

This Jewelry Company has been around for a very long time, and once had an outstanding reputation, ultimately this was the reason I considered doing business here.First off, I wasn't a fan of the customer service to say the least, with both instances of dropping off and picking up, they weren't very tentative or knowledgeable- 1 was on the phone for several minutes speaking a different language while the other lady was on her computer completely ignoring me. I chose this place to bring in a ring to this to have a stone reset and claw retipping. It took nearly a month to get a quote back from their goldsmith and then nearly 3 weeks to get my ring back after I refused to pay $400 for such a service. After picking up my ring I took it to a different well known Jewelry store and the person there took the time to look at the problem right there, and gave me a quote that was literally half of what Peoples quoted, plus they offered free polishing and rhodium treatment for it. I'm appalled that this place is even around still, and can't believe individuals who have no knowledge of jewelry can stand in at such a place and pretend they do. Absolutely unreal. Steer clear of this store, it will save you hundreds along with the headache.

Chelsea was great. Super nice. Went to buy a chain and get my ring cleaned. Did excellent. Gave me information on sales and that I can always come back and get a price change, gave me the dates and info needed. Went above and beyond.
