We went here to upgrade my husband's iPhone with the Virgin network and the staff was unbelievably helpful and very knowledgeable. They set up the new phone and transferred all the data over from his old one, then helped set up the old one so my daughter could use it. We all chatted together as updates were happening and really enjoyed what might have normally been a boring wait. Liam was our primary server and was such a delight. I can confidently recommend this location. My only critique of the store is that there are no chairs. They rolled out an office chair because my husband's foot was bothering him, but they had nowhere to sit in the store itself. We were there a long time and had to stand.

I went into the Bell store today in Pitt Meadows (Meadowtown center) with my partner who needed to upgrade his phone. (He isn't very tech savvy and can be a hard sell on this type of thing..) I am however, and already knew what he needed in a phone and plan before we went.Normally I get super irritated or bored when going to this type of store because the sales people generally aren't very pleasant or helpful and just try and upsell literally everything.Today we had the pleasure of dealing with an employee named Dunstan (who unfortunately is moving on to a new adventure after this coming Sunday) and an employee who was being trained. (I didn't get his name but he was a pleasure to Chat with during the visit and was definitely tech savvy).Now, this has been by FAR the BEST experience we have had at any store. Dunstan was knowledgeable, patient and did not try and upsell anything unnecessary. When I mentioned a feature or product that should be added, this gentleman backed me up and was able to explain why and justify anything that I suggested to my partner.Overall, we totally recommend this location if the other employees are anything like this young man. They are losing a total gem, but I hope he has a wonderful and successful future with his new endeavor!

The store manager, Josh Davies was tremendous in helping me with a billing issue that went back a few years. Spent more than 2 hours correcting the issue when I had no success with customer support. I was very pleased with his professionalism and patience. Thanks again Josh!

I went into the store today very frustrated, could not retrieve my mail, even after going through Shaw themselves. The staff at your store were extremely helpful, very respectful, a great bunch. They wrote things down for me to try at home and it really worked. Thank you to the staff at Bell Pitt Meadows you guys are awesome.

I recently purchased a Samsung A53 phone from this Bell store location. Dunstan was the rep helping me and he was very professional, taking the time to explain things and was patient to have my old data transferred to the new phone. He helped to choose the right screen protector and a phone case. I believe we would all be better served to have a good person like Dunstan looking after cell phone needs. Great job, Dunstan!

Josh Davis helped us out with a new phone and plan and was a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The customer experience was awesome and he is a great guy to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Ask all your questions and expect to get a great set up for you!

Gary & Liam , were absolutely amazing and informative. My wife and I are weak on our technical skills and these guys broke down our issues so we could understand our many questions. Their recommendations and experience helped us very much. Thanks guys..

I was in this location the other day, and Liam was very, very helpful. He gave me all of the info that I needed with no pressure to make a decision right then. All around, a great experience.
