This was our first time staying at Hotel Floral. It was very well kept and clean. Location is really good as well (although you need to do a quick turn-around to get in, due to the placement of the centre island of the road), but a very short distance off the highway. The staff spoke fluent French and English and seem very friendly and helpful. There is lots of parking. Close access to gas and a few fast food restaurants. The breakfast was OK – it probably could use some help. But, the rest was excellent. If you are in the Sherbrooke area, I would recommend this hotel.

After a bad night before and a 7 hour drive the reception and the room was a great comfort. Will be highly recommending for fellow travelers. Very clean inside ,outside sitting areas for each room, great pool, lots of restaurants across the street.

Nice place. Simple breakfast but worth it.Excellent service. Only down side, they dodn't clean our room even if we did put the sign on the door.Other then that a memorable weekend.

Cost a bit high for rooms. Double beds available maybe an extra wide single and definitely not the standard size. Glad we had two beds available as we would have been uncomfortable. Otherwise seemed ok.

Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Hot water was plentiful. It’s probably one of the first hotels I’ve ever stayed in that has had tile flooring but that is a plus in my books, no worry about dust and dirt buildup in carpets. On the downside recycle toilet paper and recycled tissue paper should not be used in a hotel where you’re paying over $200 Canadian per night. This hotel was not downtown so we had to drive everywhere. Parking is free and room 226 was very quiet. On the maintenance side, There is a broken leg on one of the armchairs and on arrival, we reported a burnt light over one of the beds and it was never fixed.

Had a big room, for a decent price with everything I needed. They have a nice pool. Plenty of food and convienience options across the street. Service was awesome. Included breakfast.

Friendly and accommodating staff for us one language speakers. Clean, comfortable and soundproof rooms. Nice location that was easy to get to and not in a super busy area. Located near all the things you want as an out-of-towner. The room price was very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. Would return and would recommend

I'm sure the establishment is well looked after and all amenities are there and nice but the service is less than desirable. We had a booking there at a reasonable price for one night but then without any fault of of own, the trip was canceled. We called the very next day which was 7 days prior to the booking to see if we can canceled due to the reasons noted and they never wanted to hear us out, no refund" policy stands before customer satisfaction no matter what. The free breakfast was fresh, made to order, and very tasty. The coffee was also very good. Service was friendly and helpful. Slept very well. Hotel is right off the highway and steps away from convenient restaurants. Benny and Co. was very good for a fast meal.
