I've been going to Elegance for over a year now and have only had good experiences. The whole team is great and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in. I have seen Dr. Dadgostar, Kelsey and Danielle for treatments- they are very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable with everything!! They are extremely knowledgeable at this clinic, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I found out about Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Laser Clinic on Instagram and immediately booked my consultation. Nurse Kelsey as well as the other staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. The office is clean, stylish and has a great product selection! Love this place and will keep coming back.

Kelsey P. Is the best nurse injector in Thunder Bay hands down. She's friendly and makes the appointments so fun!I always feel confident that she is giving me the best guidance and advice on my treatments. My results always look amazing and never overdone.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Elegance. The moment you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Kelsey does absolutely amazing work. She is so knowledgeable and she always makes sure that I am completely comfortable with everything she does. I always leave happy with my results, I will definitely keep coming back!

Amazing friendly staff, always on time, effective services.I received an acne focused chemical peel and have not had any cystic acne breakout since and my skin look so smooth, I highly recommend that treatment.The spider vein removal was very effective even though I only had one treatment so far! Very impressed :)

The team at Elegance medical are truly AMAZING (before AND during the pandemic!) They're so knowledgable, friendly and I have a blast everytime I go in there. I love all of their take-home products and love that they recommend what's best for ME. Highly recommend and they really are the best in their field.

Extremely professional and prompt. Staff only ever helped and never pushed treatments not needed. Would recommend for the experienced who knows what they like but also for those who are unsure. Kelsey is current and knows her stuff. Bianca at the front is fun and professional. Danielle knows her stuff with lasers. Equipment is all latest available for the best bang for your buck. Will be a returning client.
