Went to the store in prince albert looking for a recliner. They had one they I may have bought but it was ina box and the salesman stated he could not take it out of the box. I went back a second time but he told it was on clearance and if Ii did buy i could not return it. Also told me I could go to saskatoon store if I wanted to sit in it. If I had to drive to saskatoon chances are I would buy it there. Salesman not very interested in selling stuff. Buy local well when there is no local I can still buy in saskatoon.

We have had the best customer service at Dufresne! Bought our furniture from them last January and just came back and got our appliances. I'm really surprised by some of the reviews because Dufresne has provided us the best customer service out of all the other furniture stores in town. I asked about a price match on of of the appliances as they are on sale since we purchased them, less than 24 hours later I had the money credited and they credited me for one other appliance I didn't even realize was on sale! Thanks again, you guys are the best!

They gave me a 3 hour time frame and told me once they text I will have 15 minutes to arrive. Then they texted half an hour before the original time frame they gave. So the service was good…too good because we weren’t ready and so we had to rush because we then only have 15 minutes to show up. So good service but stick to the time frames you give people.

The delivery of my stove was flawless. I really appreciated the updates and the ability to track. Also, they arrived at the time they first promised. Great experience and worth the price.

Very good customer service. Buying item unseen due to stocking challenges so hopefully once received I'll be happy!Also Brendan from prince albert store was awesome! He arranged delivery out to Lake cabin. Delivery date as promised. Will deal with him again!

Beautiful store. Nice employee amd very helpful in person. However I inquired on some art decor they had in one of the showrooms. They could not find the price. I left my number and they said they will get back to me by Monday. Long story short I waited days no response. I only found out when I called them and had asked to speak to someone else. I feel that if your in store you have full attention. Out of sight out of mind I guess. If you are buying lots you get the attention. if your only looking at small decor items look elsewhere. Small sales are not as important

Bad customer service period. Don't know how to resolves conflicts with customers in a respectfully manner and they lied to my mother and was very very rude to her. We will never ever give this company business and will be sharing our experience. Thank you!
