Very helpful service and always prompt to lend a hand

These guys were not only super friendly and helpful, but carried the stroller/carseat I was shipping into their store, packed it for me and carried the huge box out to my car! Very nice, friendly guys working (wish I had noted their names). Recommend this place hands down!

Tough company to deal with. I run a small internet based business and I do a fair amount of shipping. I was short on supplies from my normal shipping supplier so I ran in to Shippers Supply to grab some boxes and a few other things that I needed to get some packages out by 5:00. Front counter person was polite, sent me to the back to pick up the supplies that I needed. Grabbed them and I was on my way. Got to my business only to find out that the boxes were not the ones I wanted and that the warehouse worker did not pick the correct ones. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I am busy and I have other things to do today besides chase around boxes (twice) - any reputable company would be willing to fix this. I certainly know that when I make a mistake and it impacts a customer, I do everything in my power to make sure that the customer is not out time or money due to my error.So I call the company back and the person who answers goes over the invoice with me and concludes that they are the wrong boxes. Great, just send someone over with the correct ones and all will be good. Sorry but we don't have anyone here who does deliveries". But certainly you don't expect me to be responsible to fix your company's error at my cost? Long silence on the phone. "I guess I will talk to the boss to see what we can do and I'll call you back". Waited a couple of hours for a phone call that never came and ended up sending someone in to grab the right stuff. I'm not going to delay my customers shipments because you can't hold up your end of the deal (The one where I bought a product from you and expected to actually get that product)."
