I've been dealing with Harlund for over 15 years now, using 3 different models of Hitachi printers, all from Harlund. The sales team are great, know exactly the needs required for different purposes, and communicate very well, along with a sales team that comes to your door. Products and consumables are a great price, with no price changes from year to year. Not to mention the great technical support you get. Even during reorders for consumables and service parts, they are always there able to walk you step by step through the process. I will be using Harlund for many years to come!

Poor after sales service, they do not make it quick and easy to buy and don't appear to understand that being polite and fast to help out your customers goes a long way.

Not a massive fan of Harlund ind. They have a ridiculous 3% charge if you use credit card (every company who uses credit cards gets charged this, transferring it to the end user is ridiculous), and there pricing is horrible. I highly suggest going elsewhere to get decent service.

Highly recommend.Our inkjet printer is over 20 years old and still running beautifully.Service and support is top notch. Always willing to help in anyway.
