September 12, 2022: I've had the privilege of meeting and working with Paramount Flooring's Senior Sales manager Chris Forbes as well his assistant Clarisse.I've found both of them to be extremely courteous and professional representatives of the standard the owner Dan Jowett portrays for his store.Chris certainly is highly versed in his knowledge from materials choices and variations, to the idiosyncrasies of interior design; I essentially had no issue asking him to go with selections he deemed best as he was cognizant of my style and contents.Chris as well was patient with me given that a variety of contractors in our condo building caused my flooring dates to be moved up twice; this if course affected his scheduling but he was able to accommodate given the situation.Clarisse as well is exemplary in helping with showroom choices without any pressure.Customer service is not just a catch phrase when it comes to Paramount Flooring they actually really do genuinely care about people; whether you purchase anything or not they will be delighted to see you.Like any business relationship you have to be willing to put in as much as you expect in reciprocity. Similarly, as you are human and subject to error you as well need to give them a fair chance to fix any issues that may arise (as per some of the few negative Google comments).From the first time I walked into the showroom, and during each subsequent visit, all staff were highly welcoming to myself, and noticeably such to other customers as well.If you're looking for a flooring and backsplash company that has staff with integrity and actually enjoy working there then at least walk through their doors and you'll see you yourself.I look forward to having my flooring and backsplash installed next week. I'm glad my condo building chose Paramount for unit repairs! James was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond and even delivered some products to us. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and always available for us.

I'm very happy with my floor installation, it was quick and on time. The customer service was excellent from James and Jill, they were very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to everyone.

The quality of the vinyl and price was excellent. Installation was another thing. Was supposed to be a 2 man team to move my furniture around (quoted in my installation fees). However, only 1 man came who could barely speak English. I had to move my stuff, got very sick after this. He left the job telling me to get a plumber to finish his part of the job, caulking around the tubs. So, I had to get the plumber to do this when he re-installed the toilets, cost me a high price for caulking and added to my bill. The installation was not well-done. Boards were damaged, splintering and lifting. They were supposed to remove the base boards, but they didn't do them all, uneven at some places. Had to get my son to clean up the mess (carpeting, nails, boards, etc..). The installer left a trail of debris in the condo hallways and elevator, there was a complaint so me and my son had to clean it up. Took a lot of coaxing to get those fixed. They came, used my extra stock of boards to fix their mistakes. The repairs were not done well. They glued the boards, some are damaged by the glue and looks like old shoddy flooring. the boards to be replaced are still there with splintered ends and boards are stillpopping out. Left several emails and messages to various people and no one has gotten back to me. I may have to find someone else to fix this and charge this and the plumber fees to them. A company to avoid at all costs.

Jared made sure to take care of my needs and complete the job for me. We matched my stairs to my upper floor and were able to have a consistent flow top to bottom.The work itself was clean and showed really well on the virtual walk through we did for our MLS listing.

Highly recommend working with Tracey if you want to pick out flooring or tile for your home. She worked with me and was very accomodating when my mind changed. The crew showed up and was able to Install the carpet in one day, And the tile work was exceptional

We would highly recommend Paramount Flooring for flooring, carpets or backsplash. Paramount is reputable and has knowledgeable and professional staff. The product and installation are of excellent quality with a quick turn around. Installers aligned the tiles with a good layout and sight line through the length of our open first floor. Paramount responded within minutes to emails or phone calls. The backsplash has a beautiful design and was installed perfectly. We appreciated their advice on the layouts and products when purchasing. We love, love, love our new kitchen with many thanks to Paramount. We also bought a high quality wall to wall carpet from Paramount a few years ago and it is still as nice as it was new.

I had the carpets changed in my home yesterday and the installers were absolutely awesome! Not only were they efficient and friendly but the quality is outstanding!!! The guys were respectful of our things and even helped yo move my heavy furniture back to its resting place. They arrived early and were not intrusive. They even came back today to check on it and do the upstairs which wasn’t on their work order yesterday. I would recommend these installers ten ways to Sunday! They were awesome!!

Paramount was hired to do my flooring through my insurance company. I was told 3 weeks before they could install but less then a week they came and installed my basement flooring in a day. They did a fantastic job! I am so impressed with the way it looks! Very professional and very happy with it. Thank you guys!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with James at Paramount flooring. James was very knowledgable, helpful and a fun to work with. The carpet installers were also professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I am recommending Paramount flooring to anyone looking to have carpet or flooring instillations.
