Very horrible experience I had at this store they're are pushy don't let you hold the items like you are going to steal them ( later realized it's because they don't want you to get a good look at item because most have defects or rips) there is like at least 3 of them on you all the time not giving you no space to shop let alone think, very snappy and short with you these people should not be working retail! I will never go back to this store again and I will let everyone I know of this experience... (I would have given 0 stars but you have to in order to comment)Ps. . if you stand by your product you offer refunds and returns witch they don't!

Rose was excellent! She understood my style and helped me to enhance it with just a few additions to my wardrobe. She is a terrific …I don't know how she found those pieces as I would have left the store in ten minutes.A complete inventory of outfits where I am able to quickly decide on outfits for any occasion and also a great tool for deciding on what to pack for trips. Rose has a wonderful attitude towards her career and it is evident in all the experiences you will have working with her. Staff and manager (Alaina) were not pleasant to deal with at the Niagara on the lake outlet. Certainly not friendly and very rude to my friend and I. Will not be returning to this store. Don’t dare shop in the sale section, as they make commission and treat you horribly. I messaged head office. They replied to me, saying they have had many complaints about the staff at this store and their lack of customer service skills. Not to mention a lot of the clothing were damaged and stained and they have a no refund policy.

I called this location today as the Vaughan location was not answering i spoke to Alaina and she was very professional I was looking for a dress she had it at her location but I could only travel to Vaughan she sent messages on her company group chat and called me back several times to let me know she is working on my request, she called back within 30 min and said the Vaughan location has the dress and in the shade I needed and she placed it on hold as well. All I can say is she is a Rockstar highly recommend speaking to Alaina if anyone is in the Niagara location.

I’d give 0 stars. Went to go dress hunting with my mom aunt and my young son and daughter. A staff worker was keeping an eye on my son and daughter who I told to sit on the couch, the worker wouldn’t stop watching us the whole time. My daughter tried to once run through the clothes rack like any child does and ever since than all the staff were acting stuck up and wouldn’t stop hanging around us and watching….than I had a staff member take a dress out of my hands while I was carrying around a few dresses, she also took a dress out of my aunts hands to go bring it to the change rooms. While I was trying on dresses these workers were whispering the whole time and we all felt very uncomfortable like we weren’t wanted there so we asked them if children were allowed in the store and the lady said that they have to keep a close on them because they could hurt themselves on the clothes racks which we were keeping a close eye on the kids. After I came out of dressing room with a dress the manager started whispering to the workers about me so I said it loud enough to my mon to hear and she stopped whispering about us.when it was time to check out my aunt mentioned to the worker it was horrible customer service so the worker who claims she was the manager told her never to come back again. My mom was cashing out after me and as I go to leave I mentioned as well it was horrible customer service and the way they were treating us was disgusting. She goes on to arguing with my mother who than decides not to buy the dress and the manager told her not to return as well. And threatened to call security. So disgusting how they treat their customers. They acted the whole time like they were better than us..worst shopping experience

Went into the store today. Monday may 29th. When we walked in was asked right away for any help was looking around and asked a few times. Then came time to try a dress on and the girl helping me went to find someone to open the changing room. Then an employee on her cell phone walked right past me. Another employee came and opened a changing room for another woman and when I asked if she could open the room for me she walked away and now there wasn’t anyone to help me. Everyone was helping other ppl. Will never b in this store again. Very upset if I could give -10 stars I would.

The worst experience I ever had dealing with a manager there at the Niagara Outlet location. Alaina. Waisted an hour of my time, made me feel like I was stupid. Told me if i could find a number that i spoke to someone at the store to return a dress she could do something about it and when i called my phone provider to get the proof she said she couldn't return the dress. Waste of my time. I feel incredibly sorry for the workers who have to work with such a nasty human. I will never shop there just because of Alaina. If you can’t make a customer happy don’t work in retail. I will definitely call the head office.

Manager Rose extremely unprofessional, 0 problem solving skills and completely disregarding customer needs I have other customers". Also threatens employees to pay for system mistakes."

Had an excellent experience buying my daughters prom dress in early May. Rose was very attentive and helped us to find the perfect dress knowing the style, colour and final look my 18 year old wanted. Roses' flair for style and positive, energietic interaction with my daughter, helped us find the dress quickly and without the usual mother/daughter wars" while shopping. (Teen moms can relate!) Thanks again for the easy breezy shopping experience :)"

Wonderful experience shopping here for the first time! Alaina was amazing and gave us her full attention to help us find the right dress! Nobody was pushy, rude, or anything negative whatsoever. Great overall experience!
