Update to previous experience listed at end:They did all that they can to make up for the sold bike fiasco. They worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. Even though a mistake was made, they rectified it. ThanksFirst experience:I purchased a bike online. 8 days later they inform me that they sold the bike in-store 15 minutes after my order was put in. So they held on to my money for 8 days before returning it, even though they knew long before that the bike was sold to someone else. I looked online, and they still have the bike for sale online.

Terrible ServiceUnless you are shopping for a 5,000$ bike, this is not the place to go. The service is rude and the personnel act as though they do not want their business at all. I went both before the COVID outbreak and after, same bad experience. I’m never going back there.For a much better experience i recommend the V.LO bike shop in St-Basile.

I phoned ahead to order a fat-bike they were listing online. When I got there they had it nicely dialled-in for me, and the guy there was very helpful in recommending some clothing that I had asked about.Back at home and the bike was well assembled and ready to ride. The only adjustment needed was some fine tuning the cockpit setup.Update: I recently bought a second bike from them (Devinci Django) and, again, they had it perfectly set up for me when I arrived. The shop was also well-organized for dealing with covid. All staff members had masks on and there was a clear entrance and exit.
