Amazing customer service, great, clean, neat and fancy work. A very professional saloneatwith reasonable prices. Drive from barrhaven to carp just to do my nails.

This is by far the best nail salon that Mom and I have been to in Ottawa. The quality of work and technique used by the staff results in very long lasting manicures and pedicures. The owners and their staff are super friendly and accommodating. It is a real treat to get our nails done and at the same time get a back massage in their amazing chairs. I highly recommend this salon!

Vannes nails is like my own little escape from life. Anytime I’ve ever been, Amy and her team has been phenomenal! I went for a pedicure today and they transformed my feet. They are amazing and it’s why I go every month without fail. Between their dip nails, pedicures and facials, I’ve been more than satisfied each time!! I highly recommend.

I've gone twice to this location for pedicures. The staff are friendly and welcoming.Both times I've gone, I've booked appointments. They take walk-ins as well, however, this causes them to run late. This happened both times to me, despite having an appointment, I had to wait. But, they do quality nails, so it was worth the wait to me! While I was getting a pedi, they offered to do an express mani. I was really happy with the results.I recommend checking out Vannes for your next pedi/mani.

Not great. My friend and I both went for acrylics. Mine were paper thin and snapped off after 4 and a half days on my left hand, i’m not left handed! Pictured is after 9 days. Random black thing in my one nail, all nails are bumpy and thin and peeling off. The nail stickers (because they apparently can’t do nail art) peeled off half way through top coat and they were sticking up out of my nail. They charged me $75.00! I would have paid 45 at my usual spot. My friends nails we’re the opposite, probably a centimetre thick, super short, and the gel on hers never fully cured. My appointment was for 11am and I was not seen until 11:50am. Will not be back.

I love Amy and her team! All of them give you a wonderful Pedi or Mani and pay attention to the details. Thank you! It is wonderful to be able to give back to the community after these hard times with the pandemic.

Great experience! They were able to take three of us for pedicures even though we only called that morning. They were kind and professional, and took special care of my grandmother. They only take cash or eTransfer, but that was no problem for us. I don’t blame them for wanting to avoid the fees. Highly recommend!

Went in for a pedicure this Saturday morning. It was busy, but I was taken care of right away!Hannah did a great job and everyone was very nice. This will be my go to spot from now on. It was clean, well priced and they got my in right away.They currently only take cash or e-transfer! Will absolutely be back ☺️
