When I inquired with Blend through Facebook I asked for someone with knowledge on curls and someone who could colour my hair. A simple full head of brown over very very light blonde. I got a good cut (had to ask a couple times for it to be at my desired length but understandable with a first time meet). When it came to colouring it went well. When it came time to style there was so curly products to choose from and my stylist Rosalynn combed through my curls claiming that it takes a few visits before someone can understand another’s curls. When I noticed that she wasn’t excelling with my curls I asked for my hair to be straightened at the end of the appointment so I could see how short my hair was etc but I was met with frustration and whines about how she already had her diffuser out… I agreed to just leave my hair natural and use a diffuser to dry it quicker.. she tried to use the diffuser on my hair but didn’t seem overly confident and put it down and called it quits within minutes (my hair was still lightly wet underneath) at the end I left with a flat frizzy un-styled mess. Not once was I told to be careful with bed sheets or to watch clothing or towels for bleeding. I went home and rinsed my hair and re styled it and worked my curls into place. I was happy enough for the money spent. That night my hair bled all onto my pillow cases ruining them, never once with a dark on top of light colour have I ever had bleeding. Or ever with permanent colour have I had bleeding. When I finally got in contact with Rosalynn she made excuse after excuse to why it was my fault and she was in no way to blame. Nothing was dealt with and at the end of the phone call she even sounded short and rude. I expected better from professionals.

I have been coming to Carla for over 17 years! She is very professional and I always get compliments on my highlights when I go out ! The salon has a good vibe and staff are super friendly . Tati is also amazing for nails and estetics

I called a few hours ahead to see if anybody had openings for a last minute trim and blow dry and Rosalyn did a fantastic job! I've been trying to regrow my natural hair since I bleached it all 2 years ago and I only wanted 2-3 inches cut off but she took the time to show me that if I wanted all my blonde ends cut off she would have to cut a little more length but she was careful the entire time not to cut more than I had already agreed to which I appreciate! My hair looks much better and feels so much healthier. I was also happy to hear that curling or straightening was already included in the price of a blow dry so I didn't have to worry about any hidden costs.

Rosalyn is amazing. Always look forward to our appointments with Her. The Best conversations happen in the hairdresser chair and She always does an amazing job.

I was very satisfied, but now not so much since Carla is working 2 jobs I can't even get an appointment. Will have to find somewhere else

Just got my hair cut and highlighted by Tash and she did such a great job. My hair looks beautiful and she blended the highlights so perfectly. She did exactly what I asked and I'm extremely happy with the result. The cut is flawless; my hair is so soft and shiny I feel like a celebrity! She's just the cutest person too

I love the pampering you receive as you walk through the door. The staff are super friendly. My stylist Vicky has always given me great ideas for my hair style and is very good with color. I have never walked out that door unhappy. If I was not satisfied I am sure she would fix it for me. I would recommend Blend to anyone without hesitation.

Lidia does a great job with my daughter. The cut is great and she leaves feeling pampered.
