We've been taking our dogs and horses to Riverstone for more than 10 years. Our experience has been excellent, even on the occasions when we have had to say goodbye to our critters. Those occasions have been handled professionally with compassion and empathy. We would not take our animals anywhere else and recommend Riverstone to our neighbours and newcomers to our region.

I have known Kurt for 20+ years..Dr Meg tried her best to save the life of my girl, and I appreciate all she did and how she treated us with such compassion. This is the last photo of my girl only 2 hours before a tumor on her spleen burst and she bled out. It happened so fast.

Dr. Luzi handled a dental surgery( broken molar) and cleaning on my 8 year old st poodle. She recovered so well and it was a great experience. I have used Dr Luzi for 15 years now.. And with 4 dogs.. He was the only vet my reactive rotti rescue just loved..I like how he is open to alternate ideas such as raw food, titers, limited vaccine and such..

Dr. Curt and his amazing staff were able to save my cocker spaniel Hank. He swallowed a bone and they performed surgery and it was a success!! Thank you for doing the surgery after hours and for the staff that stayed to help Hank.

Incredibly grateful to have found these wonderful people - while out camping, our pup got ill overnight and in a panic we called around to several Vets in Sundre & Olds. The folks at Riverstone were incredibly accomodating and agreed to see us, even though they were busy and we were over an hour away, they still held a spot open for us.Every single team member we interacted with was compassionate, kind and extremely understanding of our panic and worry. Despite the fact we did not arrive until 45 minutes past the time slot they had available (can only drive so fast), there was not even the slightest hint of inconvenience from anyone.Dr. Meg was absolutely lovely, as was the Vet Student who joined her. Everything was thoroughly explained, she listened to all of our questions, gave indepth and helpful answers, presented options and set us all at ease. She patiently reviewed x-rays, next steps and treatment options, did not once make us feel silly for possibly over reacting to our girls symptoms and was very reassuring.To be honest, even though we live in Calgary, we are strongly considering making Riverstone our regular Vet. Thank you to the Riverstone team for being there for us.
