The Beguiling
Can't go in without a mask. I get that people want to keep safe but I haven't been to a single store since after the mandate has been lifted that requires a mask untill I seen this store. It's a shame . I'm a huge board game and comic nerd but when all I can do is look at the old comics on the side of the road because I come from out of town and don't have a mask ,it puts a damper on my experience as a customer and because of that it adds up to a loss of sales for the owner. I hope there are enough regulars to keep the store afloat but I won't be going back.

The Beguiling
The Beguiling is an amazing bookstore!The customer service they provide is excellent. They keep their customers informed of the status of their orders and are willing to answer any questions customers may have. They take pride in their shipping as I received multiple orders shipped with care. The employees ensured my books were packaged neatly and wrapped so they would not damage during shipping! I am also grateful that I am supporting a Canadian business as well!

I forgot how much fun this comic book store is! It has the most interesting collections of comics in the GTA. I went on free comic book day and had a blast. I made purchases on both the initial store and the children's Little island mini store inside. Even though they were very busy, staff were friendly and worked efficiently.

A fantastic book store for manga lovers! They have an amazing collection, and can safely say there is something for everyone. They are probably one of the few stores that have out of print manga in stock, so if you are a collector or just interested in reading rare titles in general I think this is the best place for that. The staff are really helpful and kind, and are open to inquiries regarding stock that may not be displayed on shelves.

The Beguiling
A Toronto institution for comics , books, graphic novels , tons of selection , weekly comics ,pull bins ,friendly staff . Have a mask ready or they’ll have one for you . There is a basement with a large selection of back issues. They also have bronze silver and golden age comics . CGC collection. Highly recommend for the comic enthusiast. 4 stars will have to be only because the basement is inaccessible to wheel chair. There also tens to be a lot of clutter , and there is a charge for bags and boards for your comics .

One of my favorite places to go to. Friendly staff, always answers my bajillion questions and honestly just love to spend an hour browsing the awesome collections.Also have a pull box here, they always have my books and never missed a single comic book issue. 5 stars.

Pretty good bookstore. They had books you wouldn’t find at big bookstore chains. Most of the time they aren’t on display so you’ll need to ask the front counter if they’re in stock!
