We had a package picked up at Markham Rd. and 16th Ave. to be taken downtown, University Avenue. The Driver, Zubair was on time (early), he was polite, respectful, and professional. He was efficient and made the payment, in advance, on my credit card easy and very quick. The package was delivered as requested. It was my first time needing to use a taxi service for this type of delivery and I will definitely use Markham taxi cabs in the future. The experience was perfect, could not have been better. Thank you very much

Driver assisted with emergency disassembly of a bike competently but pricing was predatoryI needed to disassemble a bike before UPS closed at 6. Driver charged 15dollars for pickup. When arriving at hyper ride, they advised me to go to another bike store within 15min. Driver then turned off the meter, went to the new location, idled during disassembly, and told me to pay whatever appropriate when returning to UPS. While he assisted in loading and unloading, he requested 60 for the second leg of the trip. Total cost was over 90 for the entire ordeal. 3 Uber rides may have been much cheaper. Best to confirm price ahead of time.

Called them to drive me to a holiday party. Took 1.5 hours and guy got lost using the GPS on his cell phone. All he had to do was take me from markham to the Hilton in Mississauga Minivan stank of cigarettes. What should have only cost me 60-80 bucks depending on traffic ended up costing over 150.00. Can you imagine a can ride from Markham road and 14th Ave to missiaiga road costing over 150.00? NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY...EVER. RIPOFF. STINKY CARS. NO GPS

Zubair is a well educated gentleman who is very professional with excellent communication skills and customer services Excellence. He is very helpful, courteous, respectful, considerate, punctual, great sense of humor and he goes above his duties to help his customers which makes his customers feeling at ease and safe while they are in his car.Zubair is a very well educated gentleman who can easily understand his customers from different nationalities. He is also very honest and charges his customers very reasonable rates compared to other drivers.My words will not be enough to explain how professional Zubair is when dealing with his customers.Thank you Zubair for the Excellent work.

Jamal was far none the best taxi driver I had the pleasure to talk to. He was quick to get to me and he knew the fastest way to the destination. 10 out of 10 would recommend to use this taxi company if you are ever in Markham or anywhere in toronto.

Totally unreliable! Apparently a virtual company with no drivers of its own. It would be better to call a real cab company.We made a reservation the day before. The next morning the cab did not show up. We called the dispatcher who told us it was “a few minutes away.” 15 minutes later I called again and was hung up on. I tried to call again and was sent twice to a message service that had not been activated.
