I am very pleased with Richard (Wise Electric Systems Ltd) for his work. Our office needed to switch all our current LED 3000K to 4000K spotlights for better lighting for the office environment. I used Google to search for an electrician in Lower Mainland and found a couple of electricians but Wise Electric Systems was the only company able to come on the same day to give us a quote. I initially just wanted to call for an estimation before deciding on the switch. After Richard arrived, inspected the job, and offered a same-day service at a very reasonable price – we decided at the spot that he was the man for the job. He indeed didn’t let us down.Richard is a professional who works with the utmost integrity and he is also very nice. I highly recommend Richard (Wise Electric Systems Ltd) if you have any electrical needs.

Richard came as quick as he could, he was very professional and respectful. We had a circuit that wasn’t working and he got to it right away, testing all the breaker voltages and every outlet until he got to the problem. Richard is a very trustworthy and honest man. He was very cost efficient and didn’t charge any extra than what he said he would for labour. I recommend Richard for any electrical work you need done.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard several times over the past several months. Richard replaced all our plugs and switches and installed a hood fan in an old house we bought. Richard is a hard worker. He had a can do attitude when it came to our electrical needs. A humble but hard worker. A knowledgeable worker. Would use him again. Thank you Richard for going above the call of duty.We had a tree branch take out the weather head and this had to be repaired before hydro can reconnect us. The problem was it was a Sunday and lots of contractors were not available. We don’t know how we ended up calling Richard but he answered and being his business is closed Sunday … he took our call, knew we were in a bind and sent his electrician Fred( also day off) who graciously accepted the work to help us. My mom just came home the day before from lung surgery and we were really desperate to get hooked back . Fred did the repairs, Richard called hydro to reconnect us and we were back by the end of the day. Thank you for calling to follow up on the hydro crews. I made a call to install a Tesla Wall charger in my garage on a weekend and got the job done the same day without any damage to my dry wall... Richard is very responsive and customer focused. Highly recommended.
