This is an absolute piece of heaven. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. All tenants are very nice. The grounds are very well kept. If anyone ever needs that piece of heaven this is the place for you. Keep up the amazing job mike and jean.

Landlord is very nice. He handles problems as they come up promptly and efficiently.It is private property with a nice beach access. Pets allowed but do remember to pick up after them. Nice place to live if your retired or just starting out in the area. About 20 min to each of the close by towns.

This one of the cleanest buildings and the only ones with access to its own beach on lake ErieTailored for all with its picturesque views and the land lord is more than qualified. 5 on 5 rating

We live at Serenity Shores which is truly as advertised Where every day is a day at the beach" especially when at the end of the back yard is Lake Erie. Fantastic views
