I had a terrible experience with this company, the staff was very rude. Josh the manager was very rude to me, I heard the staff was abusive but this is absurd. I have no idea how a company this unprofessional and cruel is still in business. Don't shop here!!!

My mother shopped here recently and left very satisfied. Bought some cute sweaters and a few other things. Josh and his staff were fantastic! Definitely check this boutique out! So many different styles you don’t find in the mall.

Caveat emptor/buyer beware, especially if like me you are just visiting Moncton to visit and shop and live elsewhere. Very nice clothing, reasonably priced, and service was pleasant during my visit yesterday. The downside is that, unlike their nearby competitors (where I also shopped yesterday), if you need to return anything you can only do an exchange or get a store credit. Absolutely no refunds at all. This is even on a full price item like mine. No signage anywhere in or around the store indicating this is their practice. (It was noted on the receipt, but that was created only after the transaction was already completed of course - and I later compared their competitors’ receipts and theirs are the usual types of clothing store refund policies). I was looking for a white top for a skirt I had brought in with me. They were helping me locate choices. I ended up buying a top I felt just so-so about which would “do” (and which was at full price) and another item. I bought them both, and then immediately noticed another top on a “sale” rack directly beside the cash that perfectly matched the description of what I had been looking for. It fit beautifully. I very much preferred it to the other. The clerk apologized for forgetting to point it out to me earlier. No problem, I said. I then was told if I bought the “on sale” item it would be final sale. That did not surprise me of course. That is standard retail clothing business practice. So I bought it too. But if I had been told either then or about three minutes before that, before I paid for the full price top, that it was “exchange or credit only”, I definitely would have exchanged it right away and used the exchange credit to buy the “on sale” top which I much preferred. This is especially since I don’t get to Moncton very often. The (different) clerk today near store opening time also was pleasant but told me there was nothing she could do about it. She offered to call the manager to see if an exception would be made. She told me she had done that and no, they wouldn’t. She said staff is supposed to tell people about their “exchange/store credit only” policy on full price items before completing transactions. I don’t believe I was told this because it would have been unusual and I would have remembered it. If they actually do want people to know this is their practice before they buy things I suggested they should just say so on a sign — “No Refunds”. But there are no sign’s anywhere - I checked today to make sure I had not just missed seeing one. I have Halifax/Dartmouth friends who like to travel to Moncton to shop for clothing. I would have been happy to recommend Lordon but unfortunately I now feel I cannot without also warning them about this experience. I realize retail is a difficult business, but I make an effort to buy from bricks and mortar shops instead of online, and this was discouraging, especially as an out-of-province visitor.

Very cute boutique! Staff were friendly and helpful. A bit on the pricier side as most boutiques are. Had lots of cute earrings, hats, and accessories to go along with the good selection of clothing. While I didn't end up purchasing anything this time, I will surely be back next time I'm in town!!
