Dr. Zoe Bonell and assistive staff were very straightforward and friendly. Dr. Bonell made the process quick after and simple. I just wished I asked what my actual numbers meant as I do not fully understand my prescription (my fault). Otherwise, very good - just need to figure out a sport-based frame that suits me.

Such a fantastic experience! The optometrist (Dr. Zoe Bonnel) was so thorough and personable as well as very knowledgeable, the glasses salesperson was very helpful and informative! Highly recommend, this is now our go to for eye exams and frames/lenses!

This spring I had my dry eyes treated and received a prescription for allergy drops. What a difference- I’d forgotten how wonderful it feels to have ‘normal’ eyes! My visit with Dr. North was as excellent as all my previous appointments have been through the years. She has always been ready to listen and respond and teach, and I truly appreciate her for her knowledge, and for herself as a person. The new offices are well designed and every one of the staff I met was excellent in courtesy and care.

I have been seen by their optometrists and staff for years, at least 27 years. They have always been very thorough and friendly. In the last 4-5 years I have been bringing my elderly parents since they moved to Ottawa. Everyone has been very helpful, understanding and kind with them.

My daughter recently had her annual eye check-up with Dr. William Clarke who has been our family optometrist for just over 20 years now. Over this time, he has always provided us with well-informed, professional advice and truly exceptional care. I'm not sure if he's still accepting new patients, but if so, you would be most fortunate to be in his care!

First and foremost I love your new premises. Very classy and spacious. The staff are so pleasant and Dr. Zagury is a pleasure to see. She explains in detail what is going on with your eyes or what is not going on and takes her time to answer all your questions. I trust her to take good care of my eyes.

I had a very enjoyable experience yesterday, when I went to Merivale Optimetric for my eye check up. My first impressions were the well organized spacious facilities from the reception all the way through. The whole experience was extremely professional while being caring and polite. Everyone I dealt with from the reception to eye testing and to the doctors. Even in the comfortable waiting room. Where You’re not shoved into a box you can see what’s going on around you and you feel like you’re part of it. All round it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend Merivale Optimetric and I’m sure I will recommend my friends to go there also
