TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Disappointed. Waited in line at the end of the day to do a couple transactions (~5:35pm, more than 20 minutes before closing). Only 1 teller since the frontline was focused on closing and the advisors were focused on speaking amongst themselves. The wait was over 20 minutes. No acknowledgement in line when frontline staff checked the CDU.The worst part wasn’t the wait but the combative nature after the wait.I did a couple of transactions that took some time.If an advisor came out of their office to help they would have discovered it was a deposit for a real estate purchase and I am looking for mortgage help. Too bad, missed sales opportunity.Glad to take my mortgage business elsewhere.The most heart crushing thing for me is that I used to work for TD and helped open this branch as an FSR. I am so disappointed in a location where I helped build and create a book of business in the community.

Terrible branch. Lines are long and only half the tellers are actually helping customers. They claim they can no longer offer complimentary coffee due to covid but can't be bothered to keep the hand sanitizer dispensers full.

HOW can they possibly justify their hours. Closed Sat and Sun. Open only 10-4 M-F?!?

They should put out a few of those comfy chairs used in their branding for people in the line up. It’s never busy here but the wait times are out of this world. Such a slow branch.

I am not sure why there are so many complainers . Every time I have been and requested many banking services, the service has been impeccable.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. I asked to change my password for my account online, went through all the security prompts, ID phone number and then I was told to enter in the and old pin and new pin for my card. I did so and then was asked if there was anything else I could be helped with. I went over my lunch break time and didn't even get my problem fixed.

I walked in here and was met with a great, warm welcome, which is why I'm leaving two stars instead of one. So, shoutout to that lady in the front, she is the embodiment of good customer service. Unfortunately, things did not go so well after that. I came in looking to invest my money on a monthly basis, and it is my opinion that Sahithi was not very honest in her service. After I asked, she said she was unable to click on the 1 yr or even 5 yr performance of a fund I was interested in investing in -- apparently, she can only click on the all time performance. How could I invest in a fund if TD has a magic button banning the click button to track the performance of what you would be pouring your money in? I also logged into my CRA account to show her my TFSA contribution room, and she said that the CRA was wrong.. I came here ready to invest, and TD has been okay, I just wish I had spoken with someone more qualified, maybe the first lady who welcomed me at the door..
