Went in today for a mattress topper, sales associate felt me out about my needs and showed me a mattress.He accepted that while I'd really like to get a new mattress I just could not afford one right now.I really appreciated that, thank you

My partner and I have been looking to get a new mattress for quite some time now. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Liberty. She walked us through the various products they had, and gave us really good insight on their key features. We spent a while in the store, and she was so kind and patient with us, letting us test out the mattresses until we found the right fit! (tempur-pedic) We will be coming back for any future purchases, we really appreciate the solid customer service from this place!

I don’t recommend sleep country to anybody. Not a good policy. I had bought 8 years ago mattress for $2k and right after 6 months. It sinks in the middle. Just cuz my wife wanted to buy it. I didn’t bother contacting them back for issue. I am tire of wasting my time with these kind of people. Manager Kamal Gupta is cheater and dishonest person that works at Dixie/Dundas and Agentia Rd Locations. I realize when I unzip the pillows were full of hairs. He sold me some old pillows. I had grab the pillows from front shelve but he said I will get you pillows from the back of warehouse. Very disappointed

Very upset this is the 2nd time Sleep Country has done this first to my moms order now mine they deliver the mattress and my headboard with no footboard or side rails . Who delivers bed when not complete. Will never my a bed from here again

Our recent experience was a pleasant one with the staff of Sleep Country, however, I do not think we ended up getting the mattress we selected. And have not been able to address this as we have had some family emergencies which required travelling outside Canada and the time has passed very quickly. I do not think this is something to expect especially for the price we paid and have been disappointed in the mattress as it is not firm enough.

Had all the usual but very very limited choice of hypoallergenic pillows and mattresses.

They guy was pushy and commented on my weight was asking about a mattress kinded got put off by that went somewhere else.

The pre sales experience was really nice cos the guy at the store took so much trouble to show us different mattresses and help us find one that we liked. Even though he was really slow we’re over looked it. But post sales he just didn’t care anymore. We needed to change our box spring and he was not cooperative with time, availability and even his tone of voice was so rude when he spoke. I’m waiting over a week now for my box spring because he doesn’t care enough to have it here for us. I was promised it would be delivered today but now I’ve been asked to wait 5 more days. 0 cooperation!Products from sleep country are great but they need to have people who care more about keeping the customer happy after they’ve got their money.Update: I received the box spring yesterday but it was in a torn box, the box spring looks used and also was torn on every corner. The one we returned looked newer than the one we received but I can’t wait any longer so I’ve accepted the box spring that is definitely used but I’ve paid full price for.I also sent an email as per the reply received on this but there’s been no reply to that either. Changing my review to 1 star
