Our eight year old Kenmore fridge started leaking, then the freezer iced up so badly we could barely open the freezer drawer. We called A&A on a recommendation from a neighbour. Michael arrived within a half hour of my call, took a look at the fridge and wrote me out a very fair repair quote on the spot. I accepted and he went to work right away, chipped a couple of pounds of ice out of the drawer, pulled it out and worked his magic. In a little over an hour the job was done. He not only fixed the fridge, he improved on the defrost unit so we shouldn't have the problem again. Bless you Michael, I hope this recommendation sends you more business.

The best appliance repair company. Diagnosed the issue and repaired during the same appointment. Honest and extremely knowledgeable. A few months ago installed my dishwasher and never an issue. It is only a matter of time before an appliance needs service - A&A is always my first call. I highly recommend A&A Appliances.

I would avoid at all cost but your mileage may vary. Dispatcher and technicians were difficult to communicate with. Technicians broke a covering during the diagnostic process, refused to put the fridge together when I didn't want to proceed with the quote right away.

Great job diagnosing and repairing our dryer. Technician took multiple steps to systematically determine the issue and then quickly replaced the malfunctioning parts. Showed up on time and communicated arrival 25 mins prior.

Michael came in and after a quick description of our problem he knew immediately how to fix and quoted me on site. After removing the front of my dryer and showing me what a horrible fire hazard it was after not being opened in 20 years, he also suggested taking the whole drum off and cleaning behind there which was a good idea because the amount of lint that was trapped back there was so scary. He probably saved our lives! I'm so grateful I listen to everybody on the Facebook pages. Thank you Michael

Our refrigerator stopped working. Thinking the worst we thought we'd be in for another new unit at ~$2500. Called A&A that evening and received a quick idea of what the problems could be and the costs. They arrived next day and completed the repairs within an hour.We've used A&A in the past and have been very happy with their service and responsiveness. Thanks again A&A.

Scammers avoid at any cost. Fridge needed no parts just a quick defrost. I was Scammed with almost 350 dollars for a scammer service who should have mentioned just unplug it over night to defrost I understand a charge for showing up but that was a purescam . The second he left my house my regular repair guy called me back and he was shocked when i told him what happened. I do not recomend these guys.
