I was looking for a lamp but wasnt being able to find it but the Manager name Beverly was so so helpful, she tried to help us alot. I gave 5 star cause of her efforts to help us.

Went to pickup an outdoor shed/cabanon but they are in the basement of à mall,The box was very heavy and they had no assistance to carry it up the numerous stairs to the outside.We had to refuse it,it was a good priceThe 2 women working there were very professional.Cant blame them ,they were very helpful just the same.

Worst customer service ever! You walk in and the manager is on her phone with her other crowney texting and laughing. You ask for help and they glare at you. Since this new manager has taken over, the customer service has gone down hill!

I will never shop here again. I walked in at 4:50 pm to buy something and they rudely refused to serve me saying they were closed. The sign on the door says they close at 5 pm.

This store is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. Most importantly they are extremely generous to the community which it serves. Prices are awesome as well.

Love this store. Ppl are super nice. Just wish it was a lil bigger and more organized like the other maison en gros. It's also hidden with no indication there's a store in the basement. Exchange only policy is 7 days because it's a warehouse. No refunds. Giving it 3 stars because there is no refunds and some electronic items do not works as they should. Everything else is great.

To my knowledge the owners don't listen to customer feedback.The place is not at all visible, its in the basement of the Chateauguay Center, and there is no signage asides from 1 really unconvincing poster at a specific entrance.The place has decent prices, products its actually quite funny that the store has such a vast amount of stuff that is great for decorating the house. The store is quite unorganized though, it's messy.I've never had an issue with staff, but I've never seen the owners or see them take advice to change the front signs to make the store more visible.

Disappointing. Sale prices based on overpriced regular prices. They also appear to use some false advertising in that they use logos of brands they did not have or carry.
