My father has had a bad experience.Not completed as they promised and also increased the price by $200 after the fact. I hit a small yellow pole that ruined the side of my car - They had to replace and paint the whole rear passenger door plus all the plastic mouldings and buff/repaint the front passenger door. I went to Dave at Fix Auto Welland and he took great care of me. Gave me the lowest quote out of all the places I went too and I got my car back a day earlier than expected. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I got them to fix a couple other small dents on my drivers side and deep scratches in the back bumper along with the other body work. I just got my car back and not only did I pay an unbelievably amazing price, my car looks better than the day I got it. They even detailed the interior of my car a little... (I don't know if this is standard practice but I was super impressed with that). I will tell anyone and everyone to get their car done there and if I ever need work done again, Dave will be the first I call. Thank you Fix Auto!!!

The team at fix Auto does great work. They were easy to work with in getting done exactly what I needed. The estimate was very accurate as well which was great. Great team there.Overall great experience and the car looks like new.

AMAZING SERVICE. Gianluca was incredibly friendly and great to work with. They were so quick with the repair, getting us in the day after the call, taking no than twenty minutes to get it done. I would recommend Fix Auto Welland to anybody.

Got sent here through insurance after hitting a deer. Fix Auto treated us like a valued customer answering all our questions. Keeping us updated throughout the whole process.
