Amazing!!!!!!!!!! I have a 2014 Subaru Forester that I bought a few months ago (downstate) that needed a lot of work. My engine needed to be replaced and Mark was very kind and so helpful to find a used one for a great deal with only 20,000 miles on it. He also negotiated a price for me which helped tremendously with the cost. I have never had such great customer service before. Office staff are also very pleasant to talk to. They are fixing my car now and we’re upfront about the cost and the time it will take to have it completely fixed and out the door. This is the only place I will bring my car to from now on and I will highly recommend them to all my friends. Thank you so much Mark and quality auto you really go above and beyond!!!!!

My Jeep had a leaky radiator replaced with a brand new one the same day it was dropped off. They gave me a fair price and it was just about the same price for the repair to be done at a shop I usually go to down state near GR. I believe the repair I had done is covered by the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty on labor and parts so paying the quoted price was a no-brainer simply because of the warranty. If you need something repaired on your vehicle and you’re in the Soo I’d highly recommend you have the repairs done at Quality Automotive.
