Foodland - Amherstview
Great service for those buying from there, but not a great environment for those working there. My sister got fired the second time she missed a shift, you wanna know why? She was in the hospital for abdominal burns. She called in advance and everything. It was both a difficult process getting her hours to work there, and after that process, time and time again my sister came home with something to complain about working there. Bad environment, and the way she was treated makes me not want to visit ever again.

We visited here today on Labour Day. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We found everything we were looking for. The store was bright and clean inside and out. Everything was stocked up well, bread was fresh and the meats were all packaged to perfection. Great inside specials going on. When passing through you Gotta stop here.

Used to be open 24/7 which would make its abnormally high prices make sense. Now after changing their hours I rarely shop there.

I go for lunch here daily, the hot food is phenomenal, the fresh sandwiches aŕe top notch!!! Try the dagwood!!! great store, lots of parking the service is amazing the people are amazing, fair prices and the bakery is 100% to die for.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful, they always go out of their way to make sure you have what you are looking for. The prices are a bit higher than no frills but you have the convenience of stopping at the local store and not having to drive to No Frills. My favourite is when the staff are laughing and smiling with coworkers, customers and are just happy. It makes it very nice to go into Foodland.

The staff are always fantastic! I don't shop there normally because their prices are always way too high. The only reason I went in, was to buy something that was on sale.

Prices to high. Taking advantage of people since they have no competition close by. Asparagus is 2.99 everywhere except here. It was over 6 dollars. The store isn't clean, shows that the employees have a job that's not fulfilling. Comes down to ownership. If ownership doesn't care, neither will anyone else. I haven't been in a foodland for two years, this place reminds me why I don't go in foodlands.
