Called for the installation of new Air conditioner. It Was excellent. Very professional.

I hate to wirite Bad Reviews, but sometimes it is important, so others can save their time and Money. This company called Cosmopolitan Mechanical services owned by Arshad and Faheem, is one of the Worst company you will spend your money with. They will rip you off, or will try to rip you or scam you after they have sold you the Brand new AC. Frist, just to attract new customers, they will do low pricing, so you can get the installation done. Then their game will start. Their Technican will install the AC in such a way, that your AC will leak the Gas in 2 to 3 years. This is exactly what happend with me. When I called them and text message them many times, Arshad and party started thier scaming game. Arshad would say that I will have someone contact you, but will not do anyrhing for you. Some customer serivce guy, would not honor that if you have AC installed just couple of years ago, wants the $129 +Taxes Diagnostic and $750+taxes leak test + other parts and laboour over and above that expenses. BTW, it is the Lennox AC that was installed by this Team just over couple of years ago. Apparently Lenox is supposed to be one of hte top brand, but not true in my case. I mentioned to the funny customer service guy, who refused to give me his name, that it has been about 2 and half to 3 years that I got Brand New AC installed, but they said it doesn't matter. You stil have to pay everything. Well, I never expected such a big expense and such a poor customer service just after two years. This company does not care about after sale service. Please do not waste your money and stay away from Cosmopolitan Mechenical services, or You will regret your decision of doing business with them!!!!

Not worth it. Aggressive on the phone.

Repaired hot water tank installed by them. Charged me even though it was under warranty. Forced me to pay way more money than expected, with no communication prior to how much it was going to cost. By the end of it felt trapped paying and ripped off.

Worst customer service ever- Do not use. Called (on a Thursday) as my 1.5 year old air conditioner was not working. They scheduled someone to come out on the Saturday between 12 and 3pm. Called at noon to confirm my appointment and was told no change to the schedule and someone would definitely be there. I called 2 more times after that and was told yes tech will be coming. 3:00 pm roles around and still no tech. I call back and was told tech had emergency and would not be able to come today. Really? They didn’t know this at noon when I called to confirm or the 3 times after that? Finally spoke with Randy who gave me the techs direct number and told me he would be there today. Called (by this time it’s after 4:00pm) tech and he said he wasn’t sure if he could come and he would let me know in an hour and a half! He also asked what the issue was and if I could go check the unit and see if a part was frozen. I am not an expert and that is why I called for professional service -why am I diagnosing the problem? Long story short, I told him thanks for wasting my whole day and that I did not require their services and I would call a professional company who valued customers and were true to their word when they say they would show up!
