Love it here! The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Great lotion selection and the beds are incredible, they change the bulbs on time so you never have to worry about a colder bed! Super clean and super comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

Clean beds, friendly staff and great location that's open 7 days/week

Very difficult to get into. Don’t seem to take walk ins anymore. Yet don’t answer the phone to make an appointment. They just expect you to come back and work around their schedule. Once I use up my minutes, I will not be returning. After reading other reviews, it sadly seems like the owner is the problem.

Incredible first spray tan experience. I had the opportunity of meeting the owner, Janet, and having her do my tan. She was lovely. I even brought the wrong coupon, and she honoured the cost.

Horrible service . Only allowed me to go 6 mins and charged me 20 dollars as a drop in fee. For a tan. Worst 20 bucks I've ever spent. She asked how it was and I said that it was a waist of 20 bucks she laughed at me. Would not recomend spending your money or time going there. Plus I didnt even get a thing from the bed that apparently had new light bulbs.

If I could rate this salon 0 stars I would! The manager is so unfriendly and is more concerned with smoking cigarettes and bringing the atrocious smell Into the salon and cutting corners than she is about her customers or staff! I came in for a tan and was given a towel with holes in it, not only was the bed filthy but so was the entrance. When I brought up my concern to the manager Janet she told me she’s short staffed because all her employees quit! Well no doubt it looks like a horrible place to work. After choosing to not tan once entering the room I heard her yelling at a customer over the phone accusing them of not wearing proper eyewear in the bed.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with an employee who had no experience with airbrushing a client. I have been to multiple appointments at this location, and I found myself telling HER what to do. She did not know that she had to turn the machine on before trying to spray me. She dropped the tanning bottle, which then ended up spraying all over my legs. She then would ask ME to let her know if she missed any spots, which at that point, I had no idea as the application was so random. I ended up having to go home and reapply self-tanner myself. I will not be returning for this service.

The worst customer service!!! I have appointment at 1 pm I went there the girl at the front desk was talking about tan for 15 minutes and I was there for an eyelishes extantion!!!! And I kept telling her I'm here for the lishes extinction so she told me sorry can you come at 4 ? Cuz I don't have anybody to cover my spot! and guess what they are close at 4 " I left so disappointed and never come back again!"
