This place helped me out a lot. I needed to get a dog and a cat caught up on all required shots and debugging for international travel. They also took care of the paperwork for certification by the Canadian authority and sent it off to them for me. The whole team there was very kind and supportive to me and my pets. They were a huge help to me! And I highly recommend Cottage Country Animal Clinic.

The BEST vet!!! I am from out of town, hadn’t used their services, my dog took a turn for the worst on a Friday afternoon. I called 5 different places to see if they would take him to put him down and no one would because it was closing time on a Friday. I was desperate. They not only waited for me on a Friday but came out to the car to greet me and help me carry him in. They had a blanket already prepared on the floor for him and made the experience of putting my dog down not that bad. Staff were sooooo great. Can’t say enough good things. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you Cottage Country for going the extra mile!

While vacationing up near Parry Sound we needed to enlist the services of Cottage Country Animal Clinic for our 12 year old pug.We were very pleased with the service and professionalism that Natalie and her team provided.Our dog was promptly diagnosed and treated and is feeling so much better, even after one day!I would highly recommend the services of this clinic.Your fur baby will be in good hands!

Great services all the way around. Professional, competent and friendly staff that have done more than expected in helping me with my new puppy. Prices are more reasonable than other clinics in the area as well.

I became a client May 2023. My best 4-legged friend and I were welcomed with open arms.Since then I’ve had 2 emergencies and they squeezed us in within a VERY reasonable amount of time.The care and compassion by the entire staff for both person and animal is unsurpassed.Highly recommended is an understatement!!Adam

Very pricey, no feeling of the customer is #1. They make a mistake and do nothing to correct it. Vicki is very rude and overbearing. She speaks over you. Just thought I would add this after owners rude response. When I was putting my kitten Shelby to sleep, Vicki was obnoxiously laughing out in the waiting room. To say I was further upset by my circumstance is an understatement. I have left this clinic and asked them to give a script I regularly got there. The new clinic I'm at won't be able to provide the scrip until after mine runs out. They said NO. Lets hope my cats bowel doesn't explode while I wait for the new clinic to get some in.

Come here for the best of care - this clinic exudes care from clerical staff to the techs and vet.Was visiting a cottage for the weekend when my beloved 11 yr old shetland sheepdog Moka needed care. Without any appointment, she was welcomed in to a very busy Cottage Country Animal Clinic and received wonderful thorough care. Dr. Campbell took her time examining Moka, including her past medical history from her Toronto vet, and was able to give her the treatment she badly needed (after incorrect treatment by her own vet, which landed us in this circumstance in the first place). Relief is an understatement to have a resolution and see your dog no longer in pain - I have my baby back. Very impressed! I hope to find a vet like this in Toronto. We went in not knowing what to expect about the outcome of our baby girl. With heavy heart we had to say goodbye to our baby girl and the staffs compassion they showed us and our girl in her last moments made it so much easier to say goodbye. Highly recommend them.if you are looking for the care your babies deserve.

Truly amazing staff with an unlimited amount of compassion in their hearts, not just for the animals we love, but for the people that love the animals as well. Sometimes, we cannot change the outcome no matter what we do, or how much we pray. Sometimes what is meant to be, will be so.Their understanding of such situations left me speechless and I am lucky to have been in their facility and company when my best friend of 16 yrs passed away. They were kind and patient with my devastated state and allowed me all the time I needed to gather myself so I could deal with such an unforeseeable outcome. They allowed me time to cry and say my goodbyes untill I was finally able to say my goodbyes to my dear friend Mia. They even gave me contact info to seek support if I was unable to cope on my own.Who ever is reading this, you and your furry friend will be in excellent hands.
