I love this gym, been going here for almost a decade now. Most underrated gym in all of Toronto. Got everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Perfect for competitive athletes. Friendly professional trainers. Friendly and respectful gym goers. Sad to see it close during the quarantine. Hoping it opens soon!Waiting for Lorne and the rest of A4A staff to come out with a virtual training program! 100/10

Great place to workout. My trainer is A-MAZING!!! if you're looking for good motivation, accountability and fun Emmanuel is your guy. The people there are also friendly.

A great place to get a great workout in. I highly recommend Alex Martin’s workout classes as well as Eman’s workout classes. There are various trainers training clients on a daily basis. If you are into fitness or are looking to obtain different fitness goals, I highly recommend you visit Advantage4Athletes.

A4A and Dr. Scott improved my son's life by helping him gain physical abilities using the PoNS device. From the moment we walked into A4A, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Scott took the time to listen to our concerns and explain how the PoNS device could help our son. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about physical therapy. The arrangement to trip to Canada from the US was smooth and quick. Thanks to the PoNS device and Dr. Scott trainings, my son became able to have a better balance and coordination. The trainers here are fantastic. I've tried many gyms but the level of support and expertise I've had at this gym cannot be compared to any others! The trainers really care about your form and technique and push you with the right amount of challenge. Very supportive environment.
