I feel as though a little back story is required here as to give any prospective buyers a full picture of the level of service that Marsh Motors offers. I required a quality vehicle to help transport my ailing mother to and from the doctors office and the hospital for various tests. Since she recently has been confined to a wheelchair, we required a specialized vehicle to load her in and out of the car. I explained our situation to Mr. Marsh (I believe he was the owner) and he was all over it, he was calling up dealerships, calling up the internet, calling up the president, he called everyone looking for something that would fix our problem. Finally, I get a call today saying he found a van with a special motorized wheelchair ramp at an affordable cost. This brought a tear to my eye because I couldn't believe that someone would go to such lengths to accommodate a complete stranger like myself. This is what Canada is all about, this is what every BUSINESS not just dealership should strive to be. Thank you Marsh Motors Chrysler, thank you.

Had my '19 ram in for a check. The boys completed a couple service bulletins and replaced several other parts - not included in the bulletin - for piece of mind. To me that's great service.Parts were ordered and arrived in a timely fashion and nothing but good things to say about the service dept as well as the guys in parts. The parts dept. are knowledgeable and suggested a variety of options to pick from and more importantly took the time to do it.Lots of guys look on the web or other local after market vendors for parts - these guys have lots of gear in stock and will compete with other local after market dealers on price and install.

Always a great experience dealing with this dealership. Sales & service is second to none and pricing just can't be beat. I drive over 3 hours to service my truck here, bypassing other dealers who just don't provide the same level of customer service. A+ to these guys.

I purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 Longhorn from Marsh Motors Chrysler a few months back and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Paul Marsh and his staff provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed purchase and I felt that I was dealt with honestly and fairly. Previous experiences with dealerships left me with a sour taste in my mouth, but I have no regrets about this deal and I LOVE MY TRUCK!!I recently just had the first oil change and summer maintenance performed on my truck and the service staff had my vehicle looked after and out of the shop quickly and painlessly.THANK YOU MARSH MOTORS!

I was very impressed with level of personal service and knowledge. Our first and only face to face meeting was when we picked up the Jeep. Everything was done online. Both Steve and Britney constantly reached out to us providing updates on the status of the Jeep. This was especially challenging as the Jeep was ordered just before COVID19 hit. They reassured us every step of the way that it would work out. Thanks for all your hard work, the Jeep looks sick! I would highly recommend Marsh Motors Chrysler if your looking for vehicle. It was well worth the drive from St. John’s!

Bought a car (Chrysler 200) here a couple of years ago. They were knowledgeable and insightful throughout the entire process. Since then I've had a few a issues with the vehicle (between recalls and general maintenance). Each time Marsh Motors provided excellent customer service and got the work done very promptly.I hope to be able to purchase my next vehicle at the establishment and would recommend to anyone.

Parts Department is top notch and super fast shipping.Update:I always thought that the dealerships would be the most expensive place to get parts, aftermarket accessories and wheels and tires but Marsh Motors is the opposite. They are VERY competitive and very knowledgeable. The first time I went in the dealership this year I was inquiring about a few things and the guy on the parts desk phoned Steve Marsh (who wasn't in the building, was actually at a new business they were opening) and he came right over. Steve is the beard of knowledge when it comes to anything truck/Jeep/offroad accessories/etc. This was on a Friday afternoon and he stayed there explaining things and just chatting with me and filling me with knowledge until after closing time. Everyone left the building and it was close to 6:30pm on a FRIDAY before we left. He really impressed me big time, not only because of his beard of knowledge but because he dropped what he was doing and drove across town on a Friday afternoon and stayed way past closing time to explain a lot of things to me and telling me about his trips to SEMA. This was the first time I've ever met him as well.I've been back a few times for small parts and pricing things and last week to pick up a couple small spacers I needed and ended up pricing some tires and a cold air intake and I'm getting the CAI installed Thursday and hopefully they can install and balance a new set of Mickey Thompson tires on my truck and I'm sure they will. I may even leave with a new set of Fuel Rims on top of that and if not Thursday I'll have them in a week or so. From now on if they have what I'm looking for or can get it for a competitive price, they'll get my business and I'll post more honest reviews and spread the word about how awesome the boys really are.Sorry for the long rant but it's been on my mind since the day I met Steve, I haven't seen him since but the boys in the parts and service department have been a great help.End of rant

This dealership is a joke. I would never ever ever buy anything from this dealership. No customer service, rinky dink dealer ship, now knowledge of the vehicles they are selling or options. They do not know how preferred pricing works. Save yourself the headache and go to a different Chrysler dealership who actually know what they are doing.

I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. the bearings failed in the differential of my '09 dodge ram, we were towing our travel trailer. I limped it in to their shop on Thursday without an appointment. they put a technician on it right away, found the problem. leaving time for them to order the parts they were short from montreal and got them there Friday morning. rented me a truck to tow our trailer in off the highway. we were able to continue our holiday by 3:00pm Friday. what could have really messed with our plans for touring newfoundland became another one of the great experiences with the people of that wonderful province.Thank you Marsh Motorstrevor deacon

Thanks to Steve for all his time. I am in the process of rebuilding a 3.8 jeep jk, and he has gone out of his way to help me with parts and knowledge. He has made this process easy giving the frustration i have had!
