Jake is professional and has very developed customer service skills. I would not consider using anyone else for chimney and fireplace services. I had brand new light-colored carpet, and he did a thorough job and kept my carpet perfect.

Always excellent customer service. Quality work. Very informative. We’ve had some repairs needed for our chimney and they never pushed us to do it too early just to make a buck, but rather kept us in the know of the progress of the problem and kept us safe.

I honestly did not know what to expect with a Chimney service, as I had never used one. I called them up and scheduled an appointment, they called before they arrived and let me know ahead of time what to expect. They arrived, did the work, showed me all the things I can think about and consider in the future, gave my chimney a stamp of approval for usage and did everything quickly and with a smile. I will use them for years to come to do my annual service.
