Awesome service today! Was advised that if I bout 12 Ceasars instead of 8, I would get 6 dollars off and a free cooler bag. The customer service girl didn't have to do that, but she did. I was very happy!!!

James was a nightmare to deal with, had to drive 15 minutes to another LCBO because he wouldn’t serve us for no reason. As you can see from the picture, we still ended up getting our alcohol and he just wasted our time. Stay away, he doesn’t respect peoples time.

I was at the LCBO to purchase some beer and a couple of pre-mixed drinks. There was a lineup due to only two cash registers being open, so it took more time than what I thought it might however, once through the line the purchase and cash out was quickly done. The cashier was polite and efficient. Thank you!
