Trail Appliances - Calgary South

Fridge was delivered as stated by two capable and efficient fellows. It required the swing to be changed but the paper manual and available parts were uninformative. I spoke to Kayla who was sales backup to my salesman, as he was unavailable. She tried to 'make things right'. As it turned out, the manufacturer had neglected to describe the full process for changing the swing in the paper manual. My doing research on the manufacturer's website found the answer, not because of clear instruction but because of a figure without text. Trail has some good customer backup, thanks.

I had ordered a washer/dryer pair from Edmonton South location. After making the purchase, I became very worried about whether it'll fit my laundry space, so I went to chat online. I was helped by Davis first, and then joined quickly by an online sales manager, Levi. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After asking me questions about dimensions of my laundry space, they assured me that it could still work, though it may be a tight fit. They were also nice enough to say that they'll waive restocking fee if the pair wouldn't fit, and said that they'd still want my business and would take care of me. It's stressful to go through the unknowns of moving into a new place, but they are trying to make it as easy as possible. At the end of the day, businesses need to offer more than just a good price, they need to provide great service. Recommended! p.s. I realize this is for Calgary South, it looks like 'chat' is being run from there, as I'm simply using their provided link when they asked me to rate their service.

I just had THE BEST customer service over chat that I've probably experienced in my life (over chat and in person). Tammy M. and Levi Morgan went above and beyond to help me replace a microwave that just died in the middle of getting our house ready to sell. So amazingly helpful and patient. I honestly can't express enough how great they were. I would not hesitate to recommend Trail Appliances and I'm so very lucky that it was Trail I decided to contact. Thank you Levi and Tammy! You are both wonderful humans!

It's horrible to wake up and discover that your fridge/freezer has died... makes for a very bad start. I've dealt with Trail Appliances in the past and had great service, so I went back. Could not find the size I needed online and tried the Chat" function within the site. It was here I met Mason. BEYOND helpful! Very patient! He found what I needed/wanted

I’ve gotten appliances from Home Depot and I’ve gotten appliances from here. Haggle for a good deal on delivery or warranty. They always price match. And I will say their delivery/removal/installation is much more seem less then other providers. I’d say the warranty is a bit pricier through trail but it’s a good experience and staff is always nice. Classic

We went in to purchase a new washer and dryer about 1 week ago. We were greeted by a salesman and although we knew what we wanted, he was still quick and efficient in helping us set up delivery etc. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I believe it was a Saturday and he was able to offer delivery on the following Wednesday. Was great not to have to wait long! Adam and Matt were the guys who delivered our appliances, and let me tell you that they were incredible. First, Adam called me to confirm the delivery time and arrived right when he said he would. I was worried about all the noise of hauling out our old machines and bringing in new ones, and I assumed my dog would bark the whole time. but to my surprise, Adam and Matt were beyond efficient and quiet! I’ve never seen anything like it. The old machines are heavy and in the basement, but like clockwork, they hauled the old ones out and new ones in like they weighed nothing. The whole process including the setup of the new machines took an hour tops. Adam even took a moment before leaving to say hello to my pup while going over a few things with me. The delivery experience alone was the best I’ve ever had in my life! We will be returning to trail appliance for all our needs in the future because of the great service we received! THANK YOU! Had a great experience this morning with Tail Appliances. Our installation work order went missing, but on calling the store they were able to redirect a technician to install our new microwave. What could have been another week before one of us was home to let the installer in, within two hours a service tech was there and it all worked out beautifully! Thanks to all involved in getting us installed!! Thanks Levi for your help in getting this resolved!

Adam at Trail Appliances turned our frustrating day into a good day. We woke up to find out our 18 cu ft freezer had stopped working, and yes it was quite full. To make matters more interesting, our truck was being services so we didn't have a vehicle. Trail Appliances was who we thought of first because we had a very good experience with their customer service and pricing a few years ago when we purchased an entire appliance package, seven appliances, during our renovation. We called as soon as they opened and talked to Adam in sales, explaining our predicament. He called us back five minutes later to let us know they could deliver a freezer and remove our broken one that same day. It is a lot to ask a store to make a same day delivery, but Adam was happy to take care of it. I highly recommend Trail. The sales team really put the customer first and their customer service is top notch.

Just purchased 2 fridges and a stove my parents recomended trail appliances. Both fridges are crushed on the back looks like they dropped them. They are going to give me a 2 year warranty in case something is wrong.I paid for 2 new fridges and was shocked to have to pay full price for dropped damaged product.In the last 10 years I have spent over $35,000 on appliances between my house and rental properties at the Brick and never had a problem. The brick delivered unpacked and took all the garbage. Hooked up washer and dryers. Trail dumped them in the middle of my kitchen. When I said they are damaged the delivery guy told me that is how the fridges come.I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and I will not be back to buy here again.Every company has all the same brands and they all match each other's prices, as a consumer you are buying service and I would say trail is right at the bottom.0
