If I could rate them a 6*, I would. Someone broke our bedroom window and robbed us blind while we were out of town for my grandpa's funeral. Because everything sucks, our furnace was also busted, so having a smashed window wasn't exactly ideal.Receptionist was incredibly kind and went out of her way to get us an appointment (we'd called 6 other places and all were booked for the next 2-5 days!). I might have cried.The tech who came to measure was prompt, efficient, and really nice.The quote came the same day, and we were surprised to find out it would be only 3 business days until install.The woman I spoke to on the phone regarding payment and installation date was incredibly friendly and really empathetic.I'll update this review if the installment is anything less than perfect. I have the utmost trust that it will be just as good as the other interactions we've had with the Wesco team.Thanks!Update: they had to reschedule us at the last minute, but were sensitive to our situation and got us in a couple days later. The installer was excellent. The window looks great. I'm still impressed and would definitely recommend their services.

Scott and his team provide excellent customer service. I had an unfortunate situation happen after I had placed an order for a piece of glass. Scott was very understanding about my situation with a contractor and helped me out greatly. I will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

the technicians who came on site were very skilled, knowledgable and professional. They treated each other and the client with respect. They'd not waste time in getting the work done and they left the premises clean and in good order. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The same can be said of the administrative office personnel. Thank you and we will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Great service! We had a broken patio door where the glass has sunk away from the frame. WesCo glass responded to our inquiry promptly and sent out a technician to check it out. (Other companies we called declined to do that, and only offered approximate quotes over the phone without even seeing the door). WesCo was very accommodating in setting up after hours appointment for the estimate and for the actually repair which was a great relief because it meant I didn't have to take time off work. The patio door was fixed in less than 2 hours, great work.
