Travail impeccable! J'avais une robe a paillettes très lousse et je la voulais moulante, elle a réussi a la modifié comme j'avais demandé. Elle est vraiment expérimenté et elle est a l'écoute de la demande de ses clients. Prix abordable et temps de travail très raisonnable. Je la recommande à tous.Impeccable work! They lost my garment and tried to blame it on me. I brought in a beautiful two-piece outfit my mother gave me for dry cleaning, along with another suit, all in a closed garment bag. When I went to pick it up the top part of the outfit was missing. The store owner did not take any responsibility, but suggested I probably dropped it on the street, or maybe the dry cleaners lost it (he never told me they outsourced their dry cleaning to another company in the first place). I called the other dry cleaners and they were far more professional, assuring me they had received and given back the same number of pieces. It seems to me like the minimum expectation when you bring your clothes for dry cleaning you receive them back. I went back to Créations Marysa several times that week and the weeks that followed to see if he had looked for it and the man had already forgotten who I was and basically blew me off. I wish I had taken my clothes literally anywhere else. It's just clothing but I'm honestly heartbroken to lose this irreplaceable piece and feel like I've been scammed.

J'ai apporté 5 paires de pantalons pour racourcissement, les coutures sont parfaites. Elle est minutieuse. Je recommande vivement cette couturière.

Paid $50 for dry cleaning and repair of a wool sweater, it was washed in regular laundry and shrunk, effectively ruining it. Repair job was done mediocrely as photos show (I requested circular color matching patches). A clear attitude from the owner that they aren’t interested in their customer requests and do what they want, and charge what they want. Wouldn’t recommend at all
