Candy Heaven - Market Mall

I love these specific gummies. Absolutely love them, but they can be tricky to find. I found them there a bit before Christmas. I mentioned to the manager that they were tricky to find, and he said he'd order more and would I like to be notified when they came in? They actually called me. Anyway, I'm going to go and pick up my gummy candy and enjoy! If you like candy, you should check them out.

Should have read some of the reviews before visiting this place. Super pricey and the lady didn’t give me an itemized receipt. So it’s hard to justify the fact that I paid 40 bucks for the candy I brought that didn’t seem to be more than $25-$30 at max. I’d never recommend this store to anyone.

They're trying to sell prime drinks for over $10, alongside many other overpriced candy that looks expired.Brought home 3 push pops, all broken.Lemon head candy rock hard. Honestly gross!Lots of better vintage candy stores around.Would rate this place 0 stars if it was possible.

Wish I could give a negative star review as this business doesn’t deserve one star!! Since the store has reopened in market Mall the staff have been extremely rude and very unhelpful. When I called to talk to the manager at the Sunridge location she just made excuses for her staff which makes me want to take my business elsewhere to a more professional run candy store! Sometimes convenience is just not the best way I know of much better candy stores down on 17th Ave. and in Kensington which I will be now shopping at.

Such a nice candy store to explore! They have so many different products you can't find easily in Canada. The store is fairly spacious and there's a lot to see. I recommend visiting to give it a try!

WARNING!!! Don’t use them, they stole my credit card information and was used to make a online purchase. BECAREFUL.

This store literally took my friends money, made them pay them more, claimed they stole and refused to give them their drink they paid for it the money. Horrible service

Terrible customer service. I picked out some Jelly Beans, and while I was looking at other candy throughout the store the bag broke that it was in. A employee came over and helped in picking them up but immediately but them in another bag. And then took them to the cash register an weighted the bag. I then finished shopping in the store. When I went back to the cash register I asked them if they were going to charge us for them. She responded back with “it’s our policy” another employee came over and said “maybe”. They then added it to our bill. So for only three bags of candy our bill came to over $60. I won’t return!

Awful customer service. Went there with a friend like three days ago. I was preparing for a get together with family and wanted a lot of snacks. I had come from shopping at another candy store but wanted a few more things before going home. While excitedly perusing through the store my friend noted that one of the employees was death glaring us the whole time and following us. I tried smiling at her to let her know we come in piece but she cringed and continued to do so as we looked through. Feeling uncomfortable I picked what I wanted and headed to the cashier who was actually really sweet and made me feel better. My card was at the bottom of my bag and my friend started unpacking my candy to get it. After she put the candy back the employee in the most accusing tone told us to remove a pack. We opened the bag explaining that we had bought candy somewhere else so it might be confusion. Turns out there must have been a pack that was left on the counter that my friend must have mistaken as she was packing all my candy back. She immediately apologized as it was a small pack and i had bought a similar one previously it was an accident. I even had both receipts in hand to show it was a simple mistake, but the look of ample disgust on her face was unforgettable. Someone later came to tell us that if we try this again they will call mall security. Very shaken we apologized for the eighth time saying that it was a simple mistake my friend even explained that she wasn't wearing her contacts. I left the store feeling very embarrassed only to find the candy i bought will be expiring very soon.
