We called WeChimney to repair a leak and they gave us an inspection appointment for the very next day. Two days after that the work was completely done! Communication and service was excellent!

My old deteriorating brick chimney needed repair. They came in, took it down, re-built it and added a custom steel chimney cap. Work was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend WeChimney

We recently had a leak coming through our chimney due to some cracks in the concrete cap. Daniel answered our call and the work was scheduled within one week! We have a brand new steel cap, and some re-pointing was done. Workers were friendly and clean-up was immaculate!

I hired WeChimney in July/August 2021 to remove my chimney down to my roofline. I was assured this would not be a problem. Instead of doing the work as agreed, they removed the chimney below the roofline, leaving an awkward ledge about 8 to 12 inches below the roofline. What's worse is that in January 2022 the roof/chimney began to leak water into my house. There was ice build up behind the flashing they had installed. This had never been a problem prior to WeChimney doing the work and I had a brand new roof put on in the fall of 2020. I notified WeChimney right away and they came to look at it, removed part of the eavestrough and told me they would come back in the spring to fix the problem. I followed up with Daniel in February, March, August, September and October 2022. Each time I was told someone would come to repair the eavestrough and no one did. The eavestrough remains incomplete and partially missing. I chose this company for the work in part because of their positive reviews. It is for that reason I am leaving this review so that other potential customers are aware that when a problem arises, they may not fix it as promised and eventually just stop responding to you.

Fantastic company to hire. If there was ten stars they would deserve it. Sarah our project manager and her team have done excellent work at my home we would highly recommend them. We had a two storey brick chimney removed along with the brick fireplace inside the home. In place of the fireplace they put in a big 7 by 6 window and put new siding on the the outside wall where the chimney was. We also needed our roof reshingled and Sarah had a great team to do that work. They did a great job. We really had a great experience. Thankyou Sarah and Team

My cracked and crumbling chimney flues were showing their age, the caps atop them left loose and rattling in the wind. My ensuing odyssey into the chimney repair arena revealed both the incompetent and the price gougeres. Nevertheless, I persevered. And my persistence has been richly rewarded.We Chimney responded to my call promptly, arriving at my home within hours. They did a thorough inspection and followed up the same day with a detailed quote for a reasonably-priced repair available within a few weeks. Sarah answered all my many questions in detail during the intervening period. I knew exactly what would be done, when, and why.Yesterday that proposal came to fruition. Rob, the mason, is a master of his trade and a very entertaining conversationalist too. Ireland's loss is Canada's gain! He removed all damaged components, affected a careful replacement of flues and crowned these with more substantial and esthically appealing caps. He explained the extra steps he took beyond applying sealant to ensure the tight fit of the overall chimney cover. Finally, Rob's clean-up was meticulous.I am beyond pleased and recommend We Chimney most highly and without reservation. Call them! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service. Capping on A frame chimney(very high). Discovered a wasps nest. Took care of it and got the job done. Also secured flashing to prevents bats from entering. Was not part of the work order but Rob went above and beyond. Worth noting, I had contacted 3 other companies but no one followed up after seeing how high our chimney is.
