Automoves Car Shipping Toronto

My Dealership used this group to ship a vehicle from Alberta to Nova Scotia. Vehicle was delivered to terminal in Leduc on Jan 29th/2022 with an agreed delivery time of 12-16 days witn payment up front by the dealer. There will be 2 core people you’ll deal with Lynette(the forwarder of the questions) and Andrejs(The receiver of the forwarded questions out of Toronto who does not answer with any truth). After the 16days and nothing from them we started to inquire. Told us over a text that the vehicle was at the NB/Quebec Border, driver had stopped due to weather, should arrive in 24-48rs. 24-48hrs later no vehicle. Inquired again, an ETA was given for Feb 18th by Lynette( date came and went no vehicle no communication except by us) inquired again, we were given another ETA(from Andrejs) who stated the vehicle was in Quebec and on its way to Montreal(from the NB border lol) to be offloaded and loaded on another truck. He stated we should see it in 48hrs, which again came and went with no communication from them other than what was Initiated by us. At this point I defaulted back to the dealer who arranged the shipping to look into this. They called and emailed, emailed and called with no responses back. The cat and mouse game went on for a week trying to get a location of the vehicle, an ETA for delivery or any form of information and truly nothing back. Both the dealer(who had never dealt with a shipping company like this) and I contacted the RCMP, Edmonton Police and RedDear police to create reports and explore options. At this point almost 1 month had past, communication was spotty, shady and full of lies. On or about the 1 month anniversary date we were given another ETA and told the vehicle was now in Rimouski, that date came and went. Long story short the vehicle arrived on or about the 42nd day from being dropped off. No physical damage other than foot prints on all the seats from someone crawling through it, an additional 240km on it and 3/8 of a tank of gas burned. Andrejs try’s to be very intimidating and when that don’t work he’ll offer reimbursement and not pay. My advice to anyone is to avoid this company. No standards, No Customer Care or care factor at all. They’re dishonest, have zero integrity and do not have what’s best for you or your vehicle in mind at any point of this process. You cannot track it, they will not help you and it’s truly shameful what they do.

I had hired them to move my car from Calgary to Toronto which was one of the worst experiences, I ever had. The guy name Andy who owns the company is liar and blackmailer. He makes false promises and when you reach your final destination to pick up the car, he will not pick up your phone and will not respond to your emails. I got my car after 2 month of promised date and continuous hassle which I had to go through. They charged top dollar and did not even compensate for the rental vehicle cost. I would not recommend them to anyone. Be careful

Horrible company, we have 90s due invoice, the accounts doesn't reply back, we called numerous times. THEY DONT PAY ON TIME AND MAKE YOU RUN AFTER THEM FOR YOUR MONEY. CHOOR ALERT

Wow, the whole team is awesome. Got a commercial vehicle shipped here from the west coast to Toronto. I had this vehicle in less then a week. What else could you ask for? The best rate and the quickest service compared to any other carrier.They updated me continuously about the status of the vehicle. I'm going to be definitely using Automoves as my dedicated carrier from now on.I read the negative reviews and they don't make sense. My experience was the complete opposite.

My car was shipped by my brother since almost 2 weeks now, not an email from them or call concerning pick up. Their numbers on the website is as useless because no one ever pick up.Also the delivery was supposed to just be 5 working days and still been over 2 weeks. Don’t know what to do to get my car

I don’t recommend anyone to hire them for shipping services, i did this mistake without Checking their reviews here on google, read this carefully maybe you will be not trapped. I just hired them to ship my car from Toronto to Newfoundland St.John’s on October 5 i drop my car and was promised to deliver in 14 days on October 19 in meanwhile they send me invoice and i pay the amount. On October 19 i called to Andres the dispatcher to ask where is my car he say wait for 15 min i call you back that was last conversation with him after that he never picks my call and never reply to emails. Then i start contacting to lynnette who gave me the quote and i try to ask here where is my car she only have one answer I don’t know call to dispatcher I don’t deal with tracking. Thus, she was very rude and unprofessional. Everyday i use to make call and no reply from them only lynnette reply for emails but every time make excuses that truck breakdown it will be their next week, than other i call she say we are waiting for two more vehicles to load than shipment will depart next week. Sometime they say your vehicle is here it will be ready by noon than no reply or call from them. This excuses goes on till 1 and half month, on November 26 i received my car at St. John’s. It was horrible and stressful experience with this guys.... please stay away from this company.!!!!!!!!!!

While the service (communication, response time…) wasn’t the greatest when I started investigating on this company, I thought they had a legitimate website and decided to go with them for my car shipment from Toronto to Quebec City,On February 6th 2023 I filled out the form provided by them with my requirements (delivery locations, pick up, drop off, dates etc) and was confirmed the booking was done and the delivery time for the car to get to Quebec City from Toronto would be 4 to 6 days from the day the car was picked up. (February 10th bad service there too, I had to chase them to get my car picked up and wasted the whole day as they didn’t show up in the morning as promised) and the invoice paid in full which I paid on February 11th , Booking agent Lynette.Lynette said to follow up with dispatch (Andrejs). The only time he ever picked up the phone was on the following Monday (Feb 13th), he told me the car would be delivered on Friday February 17th . It did not get delivered, I had been calling dispatch, sending emails. I was not getting any reply, the voicemail was always full.All I was getting is messages from Lynette saying I am following up with dispatch. Totally useless.Then I got another message saying the car would be delivered Friday March 3rd, still did not get delivered, bunch of lies, I kept calling. email, no response, they completely ignored me.The car finally got delivered to Quebec City but I was told only few days later (March 14th) with no address of the location, I had to figure out the location as it did not get delivered to the location I requested (my brother’s house) which I was charged an extra $150. My brother had to take a day off to get the car on March 17th,Still no response from them on a refund I should be getting as they have not fulfilled the service they promised to.As a manager of customer service, this has been the worse nightmare customer experience ever, they will not stay in business very long treating customers like this.Unfortunately, it’s not until after I paid for the service that I saw those bad reviews and how they treat other customers who fell into that trap and have been frauded like me

MOBILITY SCOOTER STILL NOT DELIVERD AFTER 6 months. shipped at the end of October to Toronto. NO EXPLANATION OR WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER>Lynette,-81 EMAILS LATER.What is going on may I ask? No word from you ANDREJS nor MARK on my MOBILITY Scooter. You promised to even ship it for free for me at one point and all this is a series of promises, lies and misrepresentations.I am not going away so I would urge you to resolve this for me.Thank you,Lester Nunez.

Vehicle still undelivered with payment already made for service---- very sad !!!!! I used this company to transfer a 2005 chevy van from Edmonton to Toronto; vehicle is said to have arrived in Toronto (within scheduled period) but in storage; van was never delivered and difficult to track these guys. I have written several emails and no response neither could you get them on phone. However, i would still recommend them because of Jennifer. very caring. but they need to improve on communication with customer.

HORRIBLE SERVICEI promised I will get my car delivered to Charlottetown on a Tuesday. I got no call, email, or text message or email telling there was a change in plan. I kept calling, texting and sending emails for like 2 days, before someone finally replied. I was told I had to wait for like an extra week to get my car or go pick it up myself from Moncton (which is 2 hours away) I had to fuel a friend's car to and fro, as well as mine.And I was told to wait 14 days for my refund, on the 14th day, they didn't call, text or email until I did. then they said to wait another day, I waited on more day and as usual no money or message from them.They are so unprofessional. They do not keep to their promises, and communicate horribly.I had a very terrible experience with them, I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company. find someone else you can trust with your properties and money.
