Front desk staff seem overly stressed and it shows as they round up people aggressively like cattle leaving elderly disabled patients locked outside the door in the cold.

Says they're open until 430, but when I got there at 4 after being sent from the clinic for an xray about a potentially cracked rib, they said we finished at 315

Terrible experience, wait 2 weeks for appointment and finally get there and get call while outside before opening and tech not show up, rebook for next day and get a call later in day to confirm and show up next day and power out, no chance on rebook , I wait for phone call and nothing, I call next day and get rude receptionist ( Brandy ) I explain and she hang up , I call again and get a nice receptionist and she sat call back Monday for manager StephanieI don’t like way was treated and time wasted on staff no show up, I have a busy schedule I have to reschedule to to accommodate time for appointments and get rude Brandy who makes it very unpleasant

Great friendly efficient service. I arrived, without an appointment, for an X-Ray was asked a few questions and told it would not be long. Within 10 minutes I was in for my X-Ray and 5 minutes after that I was out the door. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

I did my best to help a lady in her late eighties struggling to push her wheelchair into Madrona. No staff attempted to help her. When she finally managed to get to the front desk and said good morning" as she climbed back in the wheelchair and began to put on her mask. The receptionist

I've never had an issue with appointments or wait times at the office. The staff had always been friendly and courteous. But it's too bad I can't access my reports online like other places. Now that I know this, I'll be going to Island Health for all my imaging tests.

As an allied health professional who has worked in the field for the past 30 years, as well as a patient who has attended for both personal and family appointments, I have always been treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism from all staff at Madrona - from the MOA’s/front desk staff to the techs in the back. In this day and age where so many are quick to complain and slow to praise, I just wanted you all to know how much you’re appreciated for the incredible care you offer the many patients who walk through your doors (as well as the many colleagues you serve on the phone every single day). We appreciate you!

I really appreciate all the staff at this place. From the time I called to schedule my mammogram to coming in today for my appointment. Everyone’s so pleasant and accommodating. Great job ladies.
