I couldn't wait for the clinic to reopen and see Michael Kolesa for a recent knee injury. After his treatment, and like my previous treatments with him, I felt so much better! Michael's COVID protocol was amazing. I felt so safe and protected. In fact, I had to visit a hospital recently and I found Michael's protocols to be considerably more thorough. The office is immaculate, he takes care of every detail. And as always, Michael's treatment, manner and overall care and concern was exceptional.

I went here 5 years ago for help with a back and neck alignment issue. After two sessions of work, Richard showed me some light stretches to do daily for two months. Since then, I have NEVER had the back or neck issues flare up again. I am still amazed. Prior to that I had gone to a chiropractor for about a year and nothing had helped. If I ever have another issue with body alignment or pain I will be going to the Metliss Clinic 100%. Would highly recommend.

Besides his professionalism and kindness, my severe back pain significantly improved as well as other parts of my body I didn't even realize were sore. We were struggling with a very colicky baby and had tried everything and had no success. After our newborn's first treatment with Michael we realized a dramatic difference - less crying, more alert and, in general, in less pain. Michael is wonderful with newborns (and new Mums!), would highly recommend this clinic.

I have tried out about 6-7 different osteopaths in Toronto. Half of them were not that great and for those who were good, one retired, the other two went back to the U.K. and France. And my search for an reliable osteopath began all over again... I've got a long history of neck spasms, lower back pain, ankle & knee pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbows and rock-hard traps muscles leading to the TMJ issues. On top of these problems, I have been suffering from tension headaches, dental problems, and a sleep disorder. Have tried all kinds of other treatments such as Alexander technique, specialized functional chiropractic treatments, acupuncture by tcm docs, neurokinetic physio and rmt. However, most other treatments only offered temporary relief or just made my condition worse. I feel fortunate to find Michael. His approach is very GENTLE but INCREDIBLY EFFECTIVE! Really wanted to keep this clinic my best kept secret since I don't wanna compete too hard to get an appointment spot. BUT! I'm compelled to write this review to let those who suffer from musculoskeletal or parasympathetic nervous system malfunction issues know that there's a place to greatly improve your symptoms. Because it is truly depressing to live with those physical pain. I'm sleeping better and my body is functioning better. I drive 1 hour each way to the clinic just to get treated by Michael but it's so worth it! Thank you so much Michael! Your treatment is so amazing it's almost magical!!!

Michael is a miracle worker. My sciatica pain was limiting so many of my daily activites. After trying other treatments I was ready to give up. A co-worker recommended Osteopathy in Toronto and I am so much better. Thanks you Michael.

Michael has been treating my 5 month old son and has been extremely helpful. He incredibly good at what he does, and is fantastic with little ones--He's great company too! Highly recommend!
