Well here we are, more than a year after Richi dropped a ladder on the hood of my car and the insurance company and I are STILL waiting for our money from him. A third demand letter has been sent...the 3rd since April 8. If I was on the condo council or whatever they are called, I would NOT want a company on my property who damages someone else's property and does not pay to get the damage fixed.
